I have lived in big tree for 2+ years. I love the place. It's clean not expensive and has great management. Will be here a long time. Maintenance people are also wonderful.

I had the privilege of staying here for 2 yrs in my travel trailer. Unfortunately, I had to move for family matters. I really miss it there. Everyone was so friendly to me and my dogs. The new manager is actually trying to make improvements.

I love it here. So many fun things to do. Never a dull moment. The staff is very nice and hard workers. We are located across the street from Walmart. You can walk or take your bike. You can also go to a few stores with your golf cart.

I have lived here 23yrs, management had changed several times. Some are good, some not so good. Spend the majority ofy time at the pool. Love the dances and activities Hate that the pool closes so early. I used to love the spa at night to use as my wind down. Really miss that. A lot of activities during the winter season, summers are a bit quiet, but I like the changes. I feel bad that we don't get short time visiters anymore. Now it's starting to feel like a trailer park, not an RV Park.

We wanted to make a reservation from January to the end of April 2026 (4 months) and was told that they don’t do seasonal rates and only annual rates. They wanted $580/month plus water and sewer. That’s going to cost around $7000 dollars for a 4 month stay.

Lot Rent constantly going up, services going down (garbidge removal need 2 dumpster and only have 1) grass cutting poorly done by subcontractor. 2 pickleball courts for 300 houses would need at least 6, some mornings 25 people want to play but courts can only handle 8, pickleball nets are all ripped and holding on with zip ties since 2 years, the park management will not replace them. Finally if you decide to sell your house the park will charge you 1000$ for doing so. City Water and sewer used to be free is now charged monthly, when it used to be included in the rent, park says free wifi, it’s only available in the club house.

This will be our 4th season at Big Tree and it has become our winter home! There are so many great activities and amenities that it feels like an adult day camp! There are those that come and go, but there is a very friendly family atmosphere that is cultivated by those that choose to stay and invest in building relationships! Come check us out!

Cannot rate the rooms as we had our own Rv until we bought our park model. This will be our 14th year with Big Tree. We love the location, as we are close to just about everything. We have met so many new friends that have become our second family. We started out at 1 month and now stay for 5 1/2 months. There are so many nice and helpful people, lots to do and fun to enjoy!! Try us out!! You won’t be sorry!!!

Just visiting but very close in proximity to one another. Not a very big pool. But everyone is so nice and the prices are right.
