Was renting a camper Iot and they never answered phones nor would they respond until you're late on payment than they give u run around thanks u get begin to get behind and they hit u with late fees. So when i got behind they try keeping camper for one week and could not keep numbers off payment the same ever. The owner Tonia is rude and hangs up and raises her voices and refuses to work with others. Edit to respond I was there two months and only one week late and yesi have proof of the times I called and texted without getting any responses. And don't mind sharing everything such as the dirty shower area or three doors not locking in shower area or how I could not get my camper spot fixed and it was dropping on backside causing damages to my camper. Then you calling camper original owner and lying saying I threw personal items off theirs in the trash which was also another lie. So try again. You gave out information about me to someone who was trying to harm me when called on it is when I got this behavior no less your own child was acting rudely to me at the bathroom area where showers are acting like a toddler who can't have their way because mom told her side only. And lastly that's another matter that will go through a lawyer because that was my violation of my privacy. But beautiful spot but will not recommend to someone who needs a place tiger for tomorrow has more better spot and cheaper and gated area and everyone else is cheaper with better areas that are more flat and security and only problem i had was with the owner the other staff member Hope and the owners wife Heather who was security and even maintenence Josh and Mike were amazing . Owner Tonia was rude and not someone who was understanding our someone I world recommend working with. Lastly the drug activity that goes on there is swept under rug from ppl smoking weed outside in the open like it's normal or ppl drinking outside in the open walking around belligerent to arguing happening outside or ppl banging on things all hours through night.

Stayed there in my camper for two months then decided my and husband was going to move into there tiny house. For one 900 a month is outrageous, second you ask for anything it will take them at least a week to get it done not worth it at all we moved out and pay way less where we are now and have more bills. Do not recommend living there at all.

We had a great time. Friendly staff. Nice creek for lazy tubing. We spent $35 for 2 people including tip for the girl giving rides to the launch spot. Not bad for a fun day.

Had a great time today! It was my first float with my friend and husband and we will definitely be back again. We did run into a snake in the water and several spiders in the tree limbs on the sides, I actually jumped out of my float to get away from them at one point because we almost ran into one, but I know that this is their home, would just recommend bringing a stick to push off of the edges more safely. The creek is also deep enough to swim in at some areas. The lady who drives the shuttle was kind, she drove us to the beginning of the creek and back to the cars when our friend left her shoes at the beginning.

Will start by saying nothing in this review is meant to be negative so please don’t take anything that way… Weather and Creek level-cannot be helped but we went for the weekend and they opted to close on Saturday. We could not participate in the organized tubing experience but we did get to enjoy the beauty of the creek regardless. We simply had to transport ourselves from one end to the other. We were aware of the risks and opted to take our chance. No issues, no problems and we appreciate their concern for our safety. Campground-it is obvious they are working very hard to make some very nice improvements. There was nothing we would do different and we were very pleased with our experience. But in the next few months, do not expect a luxury campground. This is not the place for that. But you won’t find kinder people who really want you to have a nice, comfortable experience. Thank you all for a great weekend!!

Great place to camp or even live. Full time camping available as well as brand new tiny homes, and cabins to rent. We love the staff and all the NEW UPDATES that have been done are amazing plus more renovating and construction is coming. Definitely a good vibe from staff and people there. Highly recommended!!!

Tonia and her staff do an excellent job!! Friendly, serving and always available to help. Our kids love the tubing in the summer. It’s a great place for the whole family! Showers, bathrooms and laundry room are always clean. Highly recommend this place for camping and anyone looking for a tiny home community.

My family and I stayed at this campground in April and unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the expectations set by the pictures on Google or their website. It was clear once we arrived that the campground is under major construction, but we were not informed about this ahead of time. Many of the amenities and areas looked run down or in disrepair, and there was a constant flow of construction trucks, loud noise, and what felt like a giant sandbox surrounding the campsites. To add to that, the train and highway are right across the river, and both were surprisingly loud — especially the train that would pass through around 10pm while we were trying to sleep. It really disrupted the peaceful camping experience we were hoping for. Some sites were also without power, though we do appreciate that the staff was understanding, allowed us to move, and refunded us for the inconvenience — that part was handled professionally. Overall, had we known what the actual conditions were like, we probably would have chosen a different place. Hopefully, these updated details and photos help others make a more informed decision.

I was looking for a tubing location that offered camping. The internet directed me to Big Wills. I’d never heard of it but it offered all that I needed. My friend and I booked a little cabin for two nights. Because of work and the 75 minute commute, we would be arriving around 9pm. I called ahead of time and explained. The owner, a doll of a southern woman, made accommodations for our late check in and had the AC running in our cabin when we arrived. My GPS directed us there with long, dark back roads. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. When we woke up the next morning with sunlight, we discovered we were camping right on the water and breakfast options were only 5 minutes away. The shuttle for tubing is a large trailer with wrap around seating and plenty of space for floats pulled by a truck. Very nice. The walk in (and take out) for the water is an easy one and the water itself was refreshingly cold, yet slow and steady. No falls, no rushing, no massive boulders to dodge. The float itself takes about an hour and we went again and again until the sun started to set. On a Saturday evening, it was not crowded at all and there was never an issue of finding quiet. In fact, the last time I went, I was completely alone on the river. Absolutely peaceful. The evening wrapped up with 90s country karaoke on the covered back patio of the main building with a small crowd of very welcoming and friendly campers and staff. Feeling recharged from life, we packed up and headed home the next morning. I got home, and immediately made more reservations. My grandmother has been wanting to go tubing and I know this is the place to take her. The water does not cause me any concern for her safety here, and the slow pace of life and sense of community just sealed the deal for me. 10/10 recommend this place. But not to too many folks. I like the solitude out there!
