Tent Camping? Not good. The tents are located in what appears to be a private area. There are houses right next to them. It’s mostly clean. The bathrooms are ok. COLD Showers an are 5 minutes for 50 cents. They do have a smooth gravel road.

The owner Valerie told when I checked in said 6 days and as long as no issues we could extend for thevtwo weeks well checked in Saturday was at sixflags all day and evening Sunday was out all day and evening Monday and came back to my whole site damaged by there employees and when I asked for my money back for the other 4 days got told no and asked to have it in writing she said no but I had a witness on the phone who heard everything. Stay far away from this place the employee's will do anything to try to cover each other's shady stuff up however I already filed a police report and I have an attorney for the theft by deception against black bear campground. Hate are the pictures and I got told to leave after their employees costed me over 1000 in damages and then told me to leave and screwed me out of the money for the other four nights its OK though that's why they have attorneys ,the attorney Generals office, as well as news channels and court rooms. I have all pictures, and witnesses and everything to prove in court with my attorney and im pressing charges stay as far away as possible and when you say you have witnesses and they realize it they dont want to say anything or try to fix the problem so we will see what the judge has to say

Pros: Nice facilities and close to the Interstate. Cons: Severe electrical issue. Low amperage kept shutting down my surge protector. From post I read later, this is not a new problem. Campers are packed on top of reach other. I could not open my windows because of the smoke and noise.

Love it here! Affordable way to stay close to beach, shopping. Prime outlets. Pool and game room. Hope we will coming back seasonally for a long time. Campground is well maintained.

The woman who helped us was extremely kind. The campground was clean and there were lots of kids playing. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area

I would definitely come back camping here the prices were great, the place was clean and quiet. The services was amazing! even got to meet the owners and they such down to earth people! It is a very big campsite lots to do all around... 4 mins to Salisbury Beach and 20 mins to hampton Beach. Very very impressive all around thank you!

Clean, friendly, shady. Love the mulch ground cover- clean. Loved the wifi help desk! Last campsite didn't have it and we didn't have tv for 3 days. Thanks. Definitely would return if we have the opportunity.

We stayed here 2 nights on a 12 night journey up the east coast from FL. This was our least favorite stay of our entire trip. The location was great, just off the highway but the sites are small and there was no green space for our pup, just a lot of rocks, mulch, and mud. It felt like every square inch is used to pack campers in. Looks like lots of full time residents also. This was also the most expensive place we stayed and we were shocked to see that showers aren't included with the fee. The only amenity we used was the laundry and it, along with the bathrooms, could use some updating. It is also very dark and hard to find your way around at night. The trash/dumpster area was very messy and stinky. I would not stay here again.

We had our tent they do not have rooms. Services were reception with Ice Wood and coins for laundry and the receptionist was there from 8am to 9pm. They are all very knowledgeable about the area. The campgrounds are great. People are very friendly. There are definitely long-term residents that have motor homes Campers and POP ups. We went on a last second getaway and it was great. We reserved 1 night and the campgrounds accommodation was able to let us stay a 2nd night at another night's charge it was $48 per night and that included electricity. They did have to rent us a special adapter for a refundable fee of $10.00 but it was an amazing place and we had a great time.

My family and i have been going up there for about 5 years now ! This year we stayed for a whole month . We love it there so happy we didn’t go by some of the reviews 5 years ago we would of been missing out . The park is absolutely beautiful the pools are always clean with tables and umbrellas! The bathrooms are so clean with great water pressure and hot water ! quite time is at 10 but if your being normal and sitting by the fire no one will bother you unless your being extra annoying! The ladies that work there are all super sweet never had any issues with them always pleasant ! if you follow the rules you will have a blast ! already counting the days down til next year !!! 😍
