Stayed here on the last night of trecking around AZ in a camper van. Staff was very friendly and helpful when booking a spot (last minute might I add). The bathrooms and showers were very clean and a welcome site after living in the forest for a week. Sites were level and hook ups were perfect. Would definitely stay here again next time passing through.

Booked the “Sleeping Pod” tiny house unit (double bed)… pretty nifty. Small, sure (tiny) but clean, cozy, and I slept well. Wish the shower had a light as without one you must shower with the door open, and then water goes everywhere. Also having the TP exposed in the shower means it gets wet. Will stay here again regardless, comfortable, and great after a day exploring in the hills.

Nice little RV park great for an inexpensive stay north of Phoenix (with or without an RV). Had a quick overnight stay in a cabin. The cabin was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has a TV and good air conditioning. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

I let my husband pick somewhere for us to go and he picked this place. I was like wait no bathroom in the room. He crazy. I'm not an outside person. But I absolutely loved it. The cabin was so cute. The restroom and shower was clean. We sat on the swing like elder people 😆. It was nice seeing children outside playing. I didnt think they did that anymore 😆. It was so quiet at night. The people that lived and were visiting there were very friendly. We just left there. I definitely go back. Thank you

I just absolutely love it here. They have such a warm welcoming attitude here. It's well kept up and it's just beautiful. A lot better than that Shangri-La place in New River.

Good location. Room would have been just fine except bathroom and television did not work in the unit we were in. The couple on staff, Isaiah and Tatiana, were excellent with answering questions, helpful and attempting to make corrections. Next day items were fixed except for tv. Not sure if owner/management is on the ball providing staff with support they need. Maybe owner couldve given us a partial refund.

Awesome spot just north of Phenix . The pool was closed . There is no hot tub like the photos on line. The game room is closed. Are spot was super small but most spots where a lot bigger. Lots of hikes around the area. Only hour to Prescott or Sadona . The camp hosts where real nice and would help with anything. They are really making it look nice and they said pool will open soon. There really improving the place.

As full time RVers, we stumbled across this campground and found a lovely spot to set up camp for a while. All the staff have been great to deal with anytime we’ve had questions. Bathroom and laundry facilities are kept clean and sanitary. Everyone we’ve dealt with have been helpful and kind and appreciate having a nice place to stay.

The lack of a mens bathroom was an issue for me. We had to share the women's side the entire weekend. There was a contractor or handyman working outside by the pool and had basically commandered the men's room to just store his tools and equipment. I won't be going back.

Nice place to stay, very good location with a nice sized pool. Clean bathroom and laundry room, ample parking.
