10 out of 10!! it was above and beyond We were there 12 people for 3 days, and had the most fun!!! The crew was absolutely great and helpful The rooms were clean and cool Lots of activities to do around - jet ski, wakeboard, boat you can rent and more And the location … wow! The most amazing view to wake up to, spent all day at the lake and had the best time!! We will definitely come back once a year

We rented RVs and went for a long weekend vacation in Black Meadow Landing resort. It was the best time we had together! Such an amazing experience, and such a beautiful, peaceful and private place. The staff were very helpful and helped us with everything we needed, and always with a smile. We will be back, no question! Highly recommended

We had a great time as 2 adults and a dog staying in the motel for 2 nights Labor Day Weekend 2025.  Incredible views, river access, and everything we needed for a simple, relaxing weekend right on the property. Basic, comfortable room-bathroom-kitchenette. Stayed within the property and had everything we needed. We swam in the river, watched the boats and jet skis, ate a few meals at the diner, walked the property, enjoyed the views, observed the burros and their babies strolling the property. It was great having the convenience store on the premises for snacks, toiletries, and last minute needs. All of the staff members we met were helpful and friendly. We hope to return.

My stay at Black Meadow Landing was great! The Park Model Home was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax with my family. The Park Model Home includes a room with a. queen size bed, a restroom, kitchen with a full-size fridge, table, stove, microwave, and a coffee maker. The living room has two twin beds. My family and I really enjoyed the space as it was calm, peaceful, and very family oriented. I loved the convenience of the mini mart and the diner. The food was delicious. Overall, this is such a wonderful spot for a family vacation. Three days just wasn’t enough. I wish we could have stayed a full week! Thank you to all the friendly staff for making our trip enjoyable. We’ll be back next year!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable stay at Black Meadows Landing! This place is a hidden gem on the Colorado River. The views are stunning, the grounds are spotless, and the vibe is peaceful—but what really blew us away was the incredible service. Amanda (office manager) is amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Joel (general manager) runs a tight ship and it shows. Everything is well-organized and welcoming, and his leadership clearly inspires the entire team. Every staff member we met was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes all the difference. Whether you’re camping, boating, or just relaxing, this is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Huge thanks to Amanda, Joel, and the whole crew—you made our trip unforgettable!

We have been coming to Black Meadow Landing For over 15 years. We are very pleased to see the new management come in making improvements. This is a gem, family oriented, quiet resort. We are only able to make it three or four times a year for a few days at a time there is no question, we always head to Black Meadow Landing

This is the absolute worst place we have ever been in 8 years of full time rv life. When we arrived we had a terrible time finding our site as sites had one number and map another. First site was totally to small as rv on each side were encroaching on our space. Finally after waiting long someone showed up to address the issue. After being referred to the 4th site it was barely acceptable even though rv size was requested when reservation was made. The 50 Amp hookup was a cord coming out of the gravel, no power pedestal. It was never told to us that Black Meadow Landing is 25 miles down a very rough, winding road on which you could only travel 25 to 35 mph. We left the second day and they would not work with us on our $300 deposit.

Been staying there for years ..This year 2025 they double their rates with new Owner..What a joke..the docks you can't even use due to nails sticking out..Long dust pot holed road to get to..Just crazy..Their is literally no one that stays here due to conditions..We usually stay up top and last summer only the workers were staying up there..I hope to hear back from the New Management with some ridiculous reason of doubling their pricing..You can stay at Havasau Springs for allmost same price and it's 5 star..They will go BANKRUPT with new Management..

We go to BML at least 1 weekend a month and have always had an amazing time! we stay in the park models, which are older style however very roomy, AC works great and feels like our home away from home! However, they recently got new owners who have made some minor changes, NOT an issue with me BUT some people who dont like the changes, i have noticed have been very rude to the front office staff which is unacceptable. The staff is very sweet, very professional and caring for all their guests! The staff makes us feel like family, the location is perfect for families or someone who wants to relax in a personal paradise. I highly recommend to all!
