Wow !!!! Heather is just amazing!!! I'm a recent retiree buying my first RV and was a bit tentative and afraid. However, Heather made me feel right at home and guided me to this new world of RVing life. I will be renting my new RV space in the next few days. Had a weekend stay not too long ago to visit family. Heather booked us and was so kind and helpful during the booking of our reservation. While there both office ladies were extremely friendly and the park is beautiful for the central location of Fresno. Would definitely recommend if you’re needing a place to stay!

I have attempted to make a 2 month reservation here to visit family. The requirements to get in this place is insane. We recently sold our home in Ohio and are full timing in an RV so we wanted to make a short stop here until we headed to PHX. You don't have many options within Fresno so figured I would try this place since its pretty cheap. I filled out the application with even includes a background check, credit check, two months of paystubs for all people staying in the unit, photos of your unit and even photos of your pet! I had to submit more paperwork to rent a parking spot than I did for my last three houses! I have decades of experience staying at campgrounds across the country and I have never had to jump through as many hoops as this place. The lack of follow up from the office and Heather is wild. I was promised call backs several times by her and would never hear from her. She was always nice on the phone and would say I promise I will call back by the end of the day or sometimes end of the next day. She consistently failed to do so. Last I spoke to her she said our account had some flag but couldn't tell me what it was and would call us back. We both make well over six figures, have stable jobs over a decade each, no mortgage and good credit. Needless to say I found a way nicer place about 20 minutes outside of Fresno that I was able to pay in full for both months with no checks and no photos just like the majority of rv parks across the country. I would suggest Kings River RV Resort. Blackstone is a good location if you need access to the airport which we did, however it is in a rough part of town that has a lot of homeless and drug issues. We were going to do it since it was just 60 days however if you can avoid the area do so. We had family scout the place and they said it looked pretty good inside but its the town around it that isn't safe. To be clear we never had the opportunity to stay at the park as Heather never called me back. When I spoke to her on 9/11 I was promised a call back by end of day 9/12. It is now 9/26. In the end I think our trip will be substantially better not having visited Blackstone.

Stayed here 3 nights ago. We were very apprehensive about staying here. The main reason being is in the middle of Fresno. Alot of unsavory looking people on the street, on the way there. The captain of the neighborhood watch in the park helped us get set up. Really nice people. They informed us that the park had changed for the better, considering where it's located. Only stayed there one night. Safe and sound inside the park. Headed out the next morning.

Wow wow wow. First of if you call and get lucky enough to speak with Heather please know your dealing with an absolute professional in customer service!! We had a last-minute need to stay at this wonderful place and Heather made it so easy and comfortable that if she’s ever looking for another job, I will be bringing her on in a heartbeat anyone of my companies. Heather, thanks for making things so wonderful and to everyone reading this review, please know this is coming from a business owner who doesn’t normally write reviews but when someone provides amazing service it becomes necessary to do so!!

My wife and I just finished our trip to Fresno and we stayed at the park. Coming from the RV community and manager of one for years I can say Heather is the real deal. She was so accommodating and helpful. The maintenance man was very professional and hard working. The park is clean and neat. Great ppl. Highly recommend it

I can’t say enough good things about Blackstone North RV Park! The grounds were spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the staff made me feel right at home with their awesome attitudes. We absolutely love this park. The people are friendly. Samantha and Heather the office staff are amazing. They both have made the process of moving in and checking to see if there’s anything they can do to make us more comfortable. The park is pet friendly and the ground keepers are always there if you need anything.

How awesome are Heather &Samantha? Absolutely Amazing. They certainly have customer service down. Extremely accommodating. Alonso is a super hard worker taking care of the grounds is a tough job in the fall, but park is always clean. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome..
