I am a full-time resident here living in a mobile home for nearly two years now. The park is quiet, safe and clean with nice landscaping. At the end of the street is a pasture with horses grazing so it feels like the country but so close to all the amenities! The shared facilities are immaculate & spacious and the pool is heated and clean. We have a professional full time office and maintenance staff every day. I plan to make Blue Jay Park my permanent home!

I live here the only thing they do for us is raise the rent. We have had so much trash for the last 2 years. Lot of identity theft, homeless and evicted that don't leave. We have not had a manager in 8 months. We pay for a manager but she has been off on a medical for family. Please Please don't come to this Park it SUCKS!!!! Also they say no home's are available that is a total lie, we have on average over 20 trailers for sale and Sun owns at these 5 brand new over priced trailer's. THEY LIE ALL THE TIME!!!? All so all the good reviews were pretty good before SUN took it over.

Very dated MHP. Old homes with a lot of damage priced way to high. Office receptionist was retiring that day and not helpful at all.

I have lived here from 2019 to now. This community has been my best experience in living here. The staff is so great and I have never been given everything I need. I feel that the staff is part of my family. They have checked on me if they have not seen me for a while. Heather and her staff has been their for me from the first day. I love them all.

This is such a great park! Heather and staff are so nice. The park is well maintained and the people living here are so sweet. I am so happy we moved here. Lots of amenities to use and enjoy.

I live here n the people can be extremely vile..always worried about others n never themselves. Discrimination against dogs over 10 lbs. Management likes to lie and file false complaints that are never investigated.

Some sort of scam going on here - I was talking to a representative about a place and setting up a day to see it - then all of a sudden- on the exact same day a few hours later - I'm told it was suddenly sold , and so was another option they sent me - Beware of toxic energy.

Don't move here. The residents are awful and the front office are a bunch of crooks. Also if you're an American of color they'll sell you a run down Mobil home and than harass you non stop till you move out and sell the mobile. Only under a certain real estate agent.
