No rooms but spaces, compared to surrounding parks I gave a 3 because Rose Haven down the road has really brought their game. They have grass (artificial) in every spot and some partial fence between each space and a have added tennis courts and a few other activities. I love Blue Star though. The people here are very nice and they don't nit pick as long as you follow the few rules they have. The rules are more of guidelines than rules. But the people here are quiet and kept to themselves. If you want a crowd that hangs out together at night or whenever, this might not be the place to go. If they had more activities for people then they might hang out together more.. But if you like quiet and reserved then this is your spot.

I had questions all week and everyone was eager to help me. Never once did anyone get mad or irritated by questions. They answered all my questions with great details and were very kind.

I don't care if my name is shown but as a former resident of this place when I came to Blue Star the first time I actually was impressed with the facilities being brand new remodeled updated it was nice everybody was sweet Michelle I will say is one of the best people that work there and she has stayed consistent sweet nice wonderful the whole time I was there and even until I left. With the unfortunate occurrence that had to happen being evicted from there they decided to wait until the end of the month to evict me knowing my father had passed away and the funeral was going to be at the time of my move out! What's worse about that is they made me miss my father's funeral also during an eviction you have 14 days that they're to hold anything that you leave there for you to be able to pick up in a safe place well the day after my stuff was thrown away expensive pots and expensive plants yet they were thrown away by their worker whom I will leave blank on the name we all know who he is! I'm very upset with you guys very upset and everybody as that previous review says run do not sign a lease run go somewhere else it's not worth the money there's drug deals there is what we call the public housing now which is the billiards room that place is turned so trashy and the management has treated me so horrible lately for no reason I am very unhappy and I will not stand for anything that you guys have done to me none of it was my fault but I will take responsibility for my actions and I will say this how dare you all throw away my things the next day and not follow the law you'll see me in court again

★☆☆☆☆ This Place Is a Nightmare — DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE This park is a complete facade. They’ll sell you on the word “resort”, but trust me — there’s nothing resort-like about it. Drug dealers roam every night. There’s no gate, no background checks, no security, and clearly no standards. Management does nothing unless it involves collecting your money. I’ve been verbally harassed and attacked by other tenants, and it was brushed off like it didn’t matter. People relieve themselves in the pool and leave poop-stained rags in the bathrooms. To top it off, there are homeless individuals sleeping and smoking drugs in the communal showers at night. If you’re considering moving here: don’t. It’s not safe, it’s not clean, and it’s not worth the headache. This isn’t a community — it’s a free-for-all. Stay away unless you want to pay to live in chaos P.S. The cleaning crew doesn’t clean at night — just looks at you menacingly while speaking Spanish. Doesn’t refill soap, leaves the poop-stained rags on the counter. Questionable electrical billing. Please, if any attorney is reading this or someone in the position to help, investigate this place. Very trashy. Corporate needs to be investigated as well.

I am so happy and thankful I found this community! The amenities are amazing, and my site is private and peaceful. The entire staff is so friendly and work hard to make this place the fantastic park it is.

Four stars? Really? It’s dumpy looking. Overgrown annual renters with too much “decor” around their sites. Non responsive management. We’ve stayed here. Pass.

Great location in Apache Junction with good monthly pricing. Michelle in guest services was always friendly & professional. The maintenance guys Joe & Cory were friendly & waved when I drove by. But it was the manager Jodie who went above & beyond with her help with me & my motorhome, thanks.

This RV park is a gem! The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly and helpful. The activities are fun and a great way to meet neighbors. We especially enjoy hanging out on the huge patio with fire pits. We are happy to call Blue Star home!

So I've been here several months now and I really love this place. The residents are super friendly and they feel like family. If you need help they are right there. The staff in the office are just so sweet and work really hard to plan activities and just get everything done that makes this place work so well. The staff out on the grounds are friendly and hard working. They stay on top of it. Everything is so clean and kept up well, including the showers that I love. My favorite thing though is the heated pool which I went in for a swim with another Resident after our park Thanksgiving dinner. We just had a turkey/ham dinner together today in the clubhouse. So fun! I seriously could not be happier with the decision to move here. I feel very blessed to be here amongst these people and this park. Home sweet home for us. People often go in and post things when they're frustrated so it's important to remember to do it just because you're happy with it all. Thanks so so much Blue Star and staff!
