My last experience here Sunday night might have been the final nail in the coffin. It's sad to see one of my favorites fall. I went inside to inquire about a show in December at the Whiskey Roadhouse that I wanted to secure hard tickets for. Apparently I will have to wait the day of the show which means I'm taking a chance that the show will be sold out. Unfortunately a lot of comped tickets will go unused. I do spend quite a bit there I just don't like to use rewards cards or whatever they're called. While I was there I figured I would play a little. Well that didn't happen. It was almost like the universe was telling me not to step foot in the Horseshoe again. The Roulette table was so crowded that I didn't even attempt to buy chips. Then the Wheel of Fortune machine that I was waiting to play close to the main entrance was having issues. I finally hit the call attendant button from another machine and someone did show up right away. But it slowed down play for the three players and I finally just decided to leave. Overall a huge disappointment all around. Thank goodness there are 4 other options to choose from in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area that can be more accommodating.

I spend a lot of money here at the horseshoe , the last 3 times I went I spent over 1000$ Collectively , And out of that thousand dollars, I didn’t get not one bonus mind you are not betting really high, The incentives here are really kind of going down. There’s almost never FreePlay and even as much as you put in the FreePlay goes down that just doesn’t make any sense, I’m really disappointed in my last few experiences here and question if I should even continue to go , Especially when there’s better casino in the area at this point! I’m a diamond elite member, I never even hear from a host! Riley rockenbach.

Not happy with Ceasars! I have been a diamond player and have not once heard from my host. I have left 3 messages in regards to me benefits and still never got contacted by him. I get better luck reaching out to my host in Kansas City which is out of state as well. My Kansas City host has helped me out and even gave me comped room and food credit during my 5 day stay in KC for my birthday. Council Bluffs hosts are a big joke and good luck getting in contact with one. I have returned back to playing at Penn rather than Ceasars here locally. Just horrible to reach a diamond tier and not be able to use any perks due to the host not returning calls. Ceasars just lost a player that spends lots (loses) of money and no respect for even a reach out from my host. Atleast Penn hosts contact me back and I receive more perks and free play from them then I ever have from Ceasars. Update: I left this review and my host emailed me. I responded and once again it has been a week with no answer back from him. Maybe Ceasars needs to find a new host in Council Bluffs as he does not ever return his players calls or emails. What a waste of money and time at Ceasars (Horseshoe Council Bluffs) Penn gaming hosts will treat everyone much better than Ceasars hosts.

Paid truck parking. 15$ per day. Doesn't matter if only parked one hour. Still have to pay for a whole day. Watch the metal poles sticking out of the parking spots as you might hit and loose your tires. Should be able to provide receipts for gambling and parking be for free. Greedy! Very greedy! Will not stop again here!

First time we have been here. We came out from Cedar Rapids. Bright and colorful, very clean. Didn't like that the higher bid machines are weaved in with the lower bid machines. I'd still come back.

Worst casino I have ever been to. Spent hundreds and no wins. Couldn’t even win enough to keep playing for a little. Betting 1.50 to 5$ and finally get a feature and seriously win 3 dollars. We did not see anyone win a big amount. Lots of unhappy people on Mother’s Day! and many of the machines were the same theme. I’ve been to quite a few casinos and would absolutely not recommend this one.

I've been coming here since I turned 21. Was always my favorite casino. I love the old 3 reel quarter slots. They have been replaced with penny slots now. Please bring back the Lucky dog slot machine and more variety of quarter slot machines. Maybe time to find a new favorite casino..

Absolutely pathetic customer service by security. The Website said their RV Park is now open which is just a parking lot with RV hook-ups. I was well aware of the accommodations and fine with that since I'm just there to gamble, drink, and eat. Anyway, I parked and plugged into the electricity. I then went to Check-in with security as the website says to do. The 20 something security guard stated the RV parking lot is closed and there isn't electricity. I explained that I was parked in that lot and I was already plugged into electricity and it was working. I was then told by another security guard that they would just go un-plug me. They wouldn't give me a reason why the lot was closed even though there was a semi tractor parked in it. Maybe that driver of that rig didn't check-in with Security and didn't have to deal with their arrogance.

I hadn't been in a long long time. The food places were not open. They no longer bring you beverages and most all of the " good old machines " are no longer there. I don't care for the fancy, glaring new machines. I was able to find an old one and played it once. It paid out well and I left. There really isn't a need to recommend or not, but as far as customer service goes, horribly downhill since my last visit. They know regulars will come regardless and occasional ones like myself will remain occasional so I guess they have no real reason to try. But I take some of their money home with me, so I enjoyed my visit. Tiny win, but still a win. Enjoy.
