Stayed for a short weekend. Lovely spot backed up to the greenbelt. We were sad that part of the path was under construction so we could only walk a short distance. Otherwise would have had to load up the car and drive to access the greenbelt. Park was quiet, able to walk the dogs all over the park without any issues. Didn't use the facilities except the dump site which was fine and I think the only comment in the negative would be the gal at check-in wasn't the friendliest. It is always nice when you walk into an establishment to get a warm greeting and welcome especially being in the hospitality business. Otherwise stay was fine.

Soooooo bad! I wish I had read the reviews before booking. I stayed in the cabin and the bed was concave horizontally (making it painful to sleep) and there was debris all over the sheets (I didn't notice this until long after they were closed when I went to bed and I had to sleep in a bed with dirty sheets) and they claim they were washed but I don't think they were. I had only booked the stay the night before so it's not like I had it booked for a long time. I had only booked the extra nights about eight hours in advance of me wanting to cancel once I found out the accommodations weren't going to work. The manager said she would give me refund for the nights I wasn't staying although said she wouldn't do anything about the dirty sheets and bad bed... ok whatever on that I guess...but then they never gave me a refund! When I called back to inquire about it, they were unbelievable nasty to me! I mean nasty! Soooooo unprofessional! She also claimed that they don't give refund for ANY reason, even if your accommodations are sup par! I wish I had recorded he saying that she would give me a refund or gotten it in writing. That was dumb of me not to, but I have the tendency to believe that people will do what they say they will do...often forgetting how many people constantly lie. On top of it, I've never been treated so poorly by a business in my life! Condescending, overly rude, and nasty. It was shocking! Other reviews complain of similar issues... if only I had read them before booking! These guys don't seem to have one clue what customer service means. They have no business being in the hospitality business. In addition there weren't any towels of any kind in the cabin so I had to use one of the dirty pillowcases as a towel! Insane!

The young woman I spoke to on the phone when I made the reservation was so nice. The day we checked in we were "helped" by a thin woman with a southern accent and she was so snippy and rude! Customer service is everything. We learn a lot from reviews and make decisions on which businesses we want to give our money to. Not the warm welcome we would have liked. Maybe better suited somewhere she doesn’t have to talk to people. Other than that, the place was lovely.

Very, very tight access, the camps are squeezed together. Our awning couldn't go out and our drivers side slideout was less than 3" from our neighbors slide. Trailers are back to back sharing a power box and water connection. It's very dusty but a nice location along the Boise River, tons of people walking and riding bikes. Bathrooms and laundry facilities were clean and staff was very friendly. The baseball stadium next door had fireworks so that was pretty cool.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple weeks and had a great stay. The staff are friendly and check-in was really easy. They were often working on the property which is nice to see upkept. The bathrooms are a little dated with faulty toilets and showers, but otherwise clean. Attached to the park is the Greenbelt which is a paved walking path that extends a couple miles. I recommend checking this out!

We had a great experience at this RV park. The restrooms, showers, and laundry room were super clean. Staff was very friendly and the site is right by the river walk. You can bike ride or walk along the river and can even walk into town. There are some permanent residents here and they were all very friendly.

Please BEWARE of moving into this RV Park. LONG READ BUT WORTH THE TIME. They are not true to their word even if you put down a deposit. They will tell you days prior to move in date that they do not have a spot for you and will not return the deposit. This happened to my son and his GF. We went into the office to ask if they had a waiting list in January. We were advised by the front desk lady to complete the application when we came to part of the size of RV, we advised her they did not have one yet. She advised us to write down something (they wrote down my 17' pull behind trailer), or the app would not even be looked at. They could always change later. They were approved and immediately emailed them, advising them they were shopping and asked size and age restrictions. Were told 42' nothing over 20 years old. When they started looking at 5th wheels. They immediately emailed the RV park, asking if their uncle could haul the trailer in for them and was told by Manger Toni that would be fine. They bought a 5th wheel went in beginging of April filled out new paoerwork, gave up their apartment and 3 days prior to move in days received email from managers Toni amd Patrick hat they changes had been brought to their attention and they know longer had a spot for them on park. Gf and I had a 3-way call with Toni manager. we discussed the situation, and she said she would call the owners to see if she could get approval and that she would call me back. I never received a call or any type of communication. They waited till mid day, the following day, which put them down to two days of move out day from apartment. To finalize other arrangements. This place HAS NO INTEGRITY AND DOES NOT HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE DEAL and refuse to refund the deposit even when they back out on their end of the deal.

Great for long or short stays. Right on the greenbelt so you have a wonderful place to ride bike or walk your dogs. Easy access to shopping and food. Close to popular river fishing spots. Next door to Expo center and Hawks baseball stadium.

This is an OK place. We have stayed here before close to our son in Boise. Love that it’s on the green belt. Please be careful though, and read all about reservations. We made a reservation for a month had to put a third down, unfortunately had to cancel our reservation because of family illness. Called a month ahead of time to cancel and try to get at least part of the third of the refund back. I know it says no refunds but when you are forced to put a third down for an extended stay, that is a lot of money to lose unfortunately, probably won’t stay again. I’m sure they probably we were able to re-rent the site. I understand no refund policies, but unfortunately, things happen where you have to cancel and we did give them a month notice. Very disappointed. Just be careful if you stay for an extended period make sure that you don’t have to cancel and lose your deposit

We stopped here on the way to Utah for just one night. It is literally right up against the Boise Greenbelt trail so it was perfect to go for a long walk after a long day of driving. Campground was clean and staff was nice and helpful. It's definitely more like a big parking lot style camping, but perfect for our scenario. We stayed at the Boise/Meridian KOA last time we did this road trip and we much prefer this Campground over the KOA.
