I normally don’t do reviews but I love this place. They make it easy to unload and the way that it’s set up is very nice. I will definitely be recommending everybody looking for a storage unit. I especially love Susie .. She is awesome !!!!

Well I would say the place is nice, and clean facility. But I’m constantly having issues with my access code. As I am having issues right now and there is no 24 hour phone number. I just showed up and went inside the building to my unit move some things around and was coming back outside to my truck to get a load to take back in to my unit and my access code won’t let me back in the building and my unit is sitting open inside with stuff sitting outside my unit and I can’t get back in the building or contact anyone until Monday morning. so now I have to camp out in the parking lot?

Great storage place! Small business, great people, great prices. When my old unit was going to be raised by more than double, this place rented me a larger unit for less - and it’s climate controlled, which the other wasn’t. I do miss drive up access, but the rates and climate control make up for it.

I've been renting a unit for almost 4 months now and have yet to ever be able to get into the facility with my access code, I've called at least 7 times now and every time they say that my code should work and I get their with a load and what do you know the code does not work. The most recent time I called they gave me a new code the owner had set up and promised me that it would forsure work, I show up put that code in and what do you know it does not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!!

I rented a unit last week and was told it was 24 hours a day access only to come to find out this week when I trying to get in there at 10:15 that I could not the problem I have with this is when I was told by management that it was 24/7 access two I'm looking online at your reviews and someone else had the similar problem 10 months ago and you all were going to address the issue I'm assuming by Taking It Off saying that you didn't have 24/7 access anymore and I would thought that you boys have your employees refrain from telling people that there's 24/7 access when there's not but apparently that's not the case nevertheless I guess I won't get in a unit somewhere else so thanks for the waste of my time moving to yet another unit
