Just spent two weeks here for work and it is one of the better koas I have been to. The sites are close, but not on top of each other unlike some other KOAs where my camper fully set up is the width of the site. The staff is very friendly. Both sites I was on were essentially side to side with minimal leveling. The only con I could find was on the first site I wasn’t able to have my awning out with a fire going which wasn’t a huge deal because the patio was shaded by trees and on the second site the dog pen was in the way, but other than that I will be back here when I am needed for work down in bowling green.

This has been a great weekend trip! The amenities are very well done … a nice play area for kids, a great stamped concrete site, a stocked fishing pond, and miniature golf if you would like! We had an issue at our site and the maintenence guys came and out resolved it with great customer service :-) They even gave us some free firewood for the trouble!!

The grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and readily available to assist at any moment. The jumping pillow was an excellent addition for the kids. Our Super Patio with Dog Enclosure was perfect for our fur baby!

This is an Excellent run KOA that is convenient to I 65. Staff always friendly and helpful. Well maintained camp sites, great pool, great doggie park==lots of activities for children and adults (on sight fishing pond and miniature golf course etc). I have stayed at KOA's on the east coast and out West and they are OK but always in some way fall a little short of the quality I consistently experience at the Bowling Green, KY KOA

We were greeted in a friendly manner by the staff, and were surrounded by trees, fishing ponds and a cute little coy/ gold fish pond near the camp store; there’s a covered area with tables and chairs there too. A fun mini golf station awaits you. Newly remodeled bathrooms with showers in a convenient location by the camp store. The jumping pad was fun for the kids. The first night we stayed in a cabin with a mini refrigerator and bathroom. The full size bed mattress was a little squeaky but the cabin met our needs. The second night we stayed in the new wagons. The king size bed was so comfortable and it was very clean and new. There was a Kurig coffee maker and mini refrigerator with freezer. The experience was great and the seating was plentiful and right next to the bathrooms and showers. The only downside is the road noise. If that doesn’t bother you, or if you have noise canceling devices, that helps. Just a little light is let in through the ivory canvas but it didn’t bother me. They sell fishing poles and live bait if you want to fish. There are many birds in the area. Great place to stay and not too far from Mammoth Caves.

Stayed here 1 night in early April. Small, well-kept campground. The kids loved the playground and the jump pad. We didn’t get to use the mini golf, but it looked fun. The bathrooms were fantastic, newly renovated and very clean. It is obvious the owners care a lot about this campground, they were in the process of renovating some sites and getting things ready for the busy season. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of things to do in the area.

We traveled during Thanksgiving weekend after we paid to stay but when we arrived Thanksgiving morning there was no one to guide us. This should have been a forethought on our behalf. The spots are nice with stone round fire pit, concrete pads with table and chairs, full hookups to accommodate larger RV's and tow vehicles as well. For the family there were cabins and several lakes for fishing with benches those who may prefer sitting, horseshoes to play, putt-putt Golf, a playground, volleyball courts, lakes with fishing, picnic tables and a laundry mat. The company did reach out after the holiday and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We realized what a nice little spot this was as it was open even during the holiday so that people could still travel. Thanks Bowling Green KOA Good folks and we loved it so much we got matching hoodies from their little store. Support good businesses that care about families and those who travel with their family.

2 night stopover on our way south with our travel trailer. Sites are large and pretty level. Good water pressure. Good places to walk the dog. Agility items at dog park were a nice touch. Did not check out the showers or bathrooms. Propane refill service was a huge plus. Grounds crew was hard at work, keeping things cleaned up. Our patio site was nice, with a newer table. Patio was cracked in several spots. Busy road and not easy to make a left turn into campground. Very close to the city and restaurants and shopping.

I had a nice corner pull through site with full hookups. Concrete patio with metal chairs and table with a nice raised stone fireplace and chair next to it. It was quiet at night and staff was friendly. They have a nice size dog park with agility equipment with a bench and a pergola for seating. There's also a huge green area at the back of the park where you can walk your dog as well. The park was clean and well kept. I used the laundry room and the machines operated efficiently. The only negative was that a squirrel chewed through the power cable for my RV. It's not the campgrounds fault but watch out for squirrels.
