Much cleaner than Chico and the water is hotter and cleaner. Employees are really nice and the whole place smells great. If you're not a fan of kids, I'd go later on in the day, or super early in the morning. There's a surprising amount of kids in the hotter areas that treat it like a swimming pool. That's my only gripe. Everything else about the facility is calming and lovely.

We came here twice during our two week vacation. The first time we went tent camping and the place was great. The hot spring was amazing and the pools were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back and book a cabin before heading home to relax after a week of hiking in Wyoming and Montana. For us, this is one of the best hot springs in the country.

We stayed here one night during our honeymoon road trip. Upon arrival and checking in to get our cabin key, the staff congratulated us on our wedding. Then once we got to the cabin, they had left a small bag with a couple goodies and a note from the entire staff. This was so incredibly special and it made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be back to stay here when we road trip again. Thank you so very much to the whole camping staff!

I found this campground last minute driving from Glacier national park to Yellowstone. I'm SO HAPPY I did. The younger girl with glasses that checked us in was wonderful. So helpful and excited for my son to do all the things there. They have a "mine" for kids to go into and mine for gems. My 3 year old loved it. The campground was so clean and laid out nicely. It's VERY kid friendly. Lots of toys, and chalk to play with, the mining experience, a game room and the hot springs at the spa next door! Oh man! What a treat that was to get free passes included with our stay. I don't know who loved it more, my son or me! So relaxing and fun. Highly recommend this park if your traveling with your kids. Only two notes I have are signs to get to restroom would be nice. And A dispenser machine in the 24/7 laundry room for detergent. Since it's stated that you could purchase it there. (They sell it in the office which didn't open till 9 I believe)

Great indoor and outdoor pools. If you are looking to get your workout in, the gym is fully equipped and welcoming for all skill levels. Staff is great, and you should definitely give their smoothies a go. Their weekly fitness classes are also great. I would highly recommend it. The facilities are also really clean. I would recommend a visit many times over.

Unfortunately, the campground itself needs a lot of work. It seems as there are permanent veers on site and some construction going on. Here’s a few things to point out. 1) There was some confusion regarding the water availability, upon making a reservation. I received the confirmation email which stated there would be no water during my stay. However, they did have a section where you could go and fill up your freshwater tanks. 2) I called the day before to confirm if water was available & I was told NO. However, they did have a section where you could fill your fresh water tanks. Okay, this made me feel much better. Upon arriving, my husband immediately went to fill our freshwater tanks 80 gallons, as I checked in it was stated that the site that we are staying on does have water as long as we had a heated hose which we did. It appeared that there was a lack of communication internally. 3) the other concern is the campground being pretty tight to maneuver a 40’ 5th wheel. After we understood where our site was (G6) which was the first site upon entering the campground. Due to the tightness we could NOT make a left turn and another sharp left. NOT with a huge rig like ours. We had to leave, turning into the Bozeman Hot Springs parking lot (which was super packed) to turn around and re-enter the campground. 4) With all that said, I felt that the price of $95 per night is a bit steep. If the campground was nicer and have more space between the sites, have level sites and be big rig friendly. Which I failed to mention >>>>>> SUPER TIGHT SITES - I had 3 RVs within steps of my front door. Zero privacy. Would we come back, probably not. The positive

It seems expensive to camp, but when you consider it includes the hot springs for 2, it's not terrible and the experience is great. Super friendly and helpful hosts! We had a great time despite a few of us with Sprinter Vans freezing up in -20F temps. There was a great community and the hosts helped jump start all of us and were very accommodating! Thank you!

We booked a RV site, and the cost included entry to the pools. We were very impressed with the facilities. Very clean. They may have many rules, but this keeps this place gorgeous. Even though we were there for just one night, we were able to access the pools for two days. The day that we were there, they had a band playing in the evening. The Springs lit up the perimeter of the pools with flames, which added that little bit of warmth on a cool evening. We will definitely come back again. Worth the visit.
