Hate to tell y’all how good these people are because it means more customers for them and less availability for me. The storage units are clean and no pests. I left my car there for 9 months without a scratch and I’m on 3 rd storage unit. The office staff are friendly and business like and as helpful as they can be. They have rules for sure but they make sense and keep the place nice. All my valuables were stolen in broad daylight. The Page Rd facility is not secure. I would try the Western Ave. Location if I needed storage space.

Brassfield Storage is where I stored my Motorhome (before I just sold it) and still store a trailer. The staff is great, always helpful. The facility is well maintained and very secure. I would highly recommend Brassfield Storage.

Management was very helpful and courteous. Facility was well maintained with the exception of birds nesting in the cover spots and producing unwanted droppings on my boat. Overall I enjoyed the facility. Stored my boat there for several years.

I am so happy I chose Brassfield 1 for storing my stuff. Judith could not have been more helpful driving us around. We had rented from a big name storage in Maryland and it was not pleasant and it was very expensive. I drove a little farther to get what i wanted.
