Highly recommend Brentwood Self Storage! Easy to apply and get approved online. Nick (Asst Property Manager) is extremely responsive via email. I had to move out earlier than expected. (Bought a house.) Emailed and was closed out of the system in less than 24 hours. I'll be a repeat customer. Easily accessible off I-65 & Moore Lane.

I had a very wonderful experience working with everyone on staff here. Kathy, the manager was incredibly accommodating of my situation. I was out of the state and trying to empty out the storage unit with the help of a friend who was local. Kathy and her staff worked with me to make the arrangements and were even gracious with giving me a few extra days past my billing date to vacant the unit. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and wonderful staff.
