I have no complaints Briggs storage was very helpful for me especially for someone who was new to the city of Columbus coming from another city with nowhere to place my belongings at the time,The company is very polite and I would recommend them to anyone who would need a place to store their belongings!!đ„°

The only reason why I give them 1 star is for the price. My unit was broken into and they have been fixing the latch for months now. My unit became infested with mice and I didnt have any food items stored there. When I called them they told me there is nothing they can do and for me to file a claim if there are any damages. I will never rent a unit from them again I would rather pay more.

Really amazing experience. Renting was really easy and efficient. Payment was also seamless. I am really satisfied with the facility and the overall process. One of the best self storages in Columbus in my opinion.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! It makes me very sad to write this review. I tried to work with the owner but he left me no choice. Property continually has break ins. The fencing has been cut by the railroad tracks twice in 5 months to the point you can walk right into the gated storage. (I have included pictures) It takes them weeks to fix the fence after I reported. I actually had a detective call me to see if I could assist in ID'ing a known thief that took items out of a unit because the amounts they were stealing from there were exceeding $100,000. There is a red pick up truck with NO PLATES that sits at the entrance and waits to try to sneak in after you. There are homeless people living in the covered boats and RV's. Each time I notified the owner of the issues that were occuring to try to help keep the property safe. Instead of a thank you they have raised my rent every 6 months. I asked politely if they could help reduce my rent as safety was becoming a concern. I have had my unit for over 2 years and never had one late payment. The owner said he would give me a ONE TIME credit of $25. I was trying to be patient as I understand homelessness is a problem in the area. I was never rude and I don't expect something for free. However, under these circumstances they are not providing the "gated" safety they claim and for that I am being massivly overcharged. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of customer service for being a loyal and helpful customer. I can't wait to move my unit. Please do not rent here. You'd be better off just handing your items to the thieves and saving yourself the headache of finding your goods gone.

Won one of their storage on bidding site. Will not bad in again. Your pay a cleaning deposit which is too be returned after you clean out unit. Did not receive deposit back and haven't heard a thing. Called and told them the day it was empty and cleaned out. Beware don't buy from this place. Gave 1 star just because..
