No matter what I do, I feel scott who is general manager is always on me and i will always give him a bad review but this is not about him or manny, his pet. This is about cat lane. She is always a delight to talk to. Sometime she has a bad day, but only when she doing her job, but she love her job and does it very well. She is very delightful to talk to and speak very softly. She define thing that may be challenging to understand, giving reason to why, expectation to what she can try to do, bringing confort to the mind that what your seeking has a reason that become acceptable.Giving you the choice with out anger to bear in mind, she only doing her job as a manger, who only interest is to make sure your business at the storage she run, is convenient, reliable, professional and performable to adopt great business between the business and the client. No matter what job she get, and I hope that they move her to scott position or somewhere up corporate, in my opinion, that would be a great investment for storage pro. I know she can inprove business and bring back the prosperity of what storage is all about. The relationship, trust and caring of the tenants. In my experience of knowing cat, I was always caught up in my own eager and anger but she always seem to make me understand as a client, there are rules we must abide by, but she will do her best to explain them and hear your side if broken. After all is said and done,, she go back to her soft spoken voice and hold no hard feeling. And for me, I have it hard as it is, she make my stay at brokaw self storage, feel like a safe Haven. A place I go to take a breath from the world. The environment feel so safe there, my stuff is alway safe and when I leave, I have the ability to feel at ease. Cat Lane is great, the best, she enriched the mood, calmness as well as the environment and if she doesn't get this or the appreciations you deserve., out of all the business and storage I delt with she is a CSS (customer service specialist) and there no rating thst can described her excessively, she only one of the best and the world need more like her. Keep doing what your doing cat, keep smiling cause stroage pro is lucky to have you. And give Victor a good recommendation. He is an employee who is struggling like everyone else. But is always great at his job. I hate to see good people who are great access to a company go unattend while other like manny who get reward at 47, which i feel, is not as great in any way or deed as great as the storage cat manage.
