Well presented place. Conveniently located, friendly professionals. Someone commented on rodents. If you don't store food, you won't have rodents. I saw no evidence of pests. Great job by the staff.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookhaven Storage! Their customer service is above and beyond any I have experienced in any industry lately. The owners went out of their way to accommodate my ever changing storage needs and were a delight to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone with short or long term storage needs in the Brookhaven area. They're the best!

Tried doing business with this place. Starting moving company out here and looking for a place to use for storage. Set up meeting with Charlie the owner. Drove 6 hrs away to meet with him. Wasn't even there. Had his collogue meet with me instead. Finally got in touch with him and he was not even interested or try to earn my business. Better of going to public storage somewhere else. Sad to see this company ran this way due to us being a family owned company and trying to do business with smaller companies.
