Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Easy parking and convenient restaurant nextdoor. Our room needed a new lock as our door was difficult to open. Also, it needs several hooks in the bathroom area for toiletry bags, towels, etc. Also suggest a larger nightstand or second nightstand as we had to pull up a chair to use instead. A little highway noise…

there is no bathroom countertop, no place to hang towers. There is no elevator. Window curtain brakes open, can't stay closed. Towers are thick and soft though. There was no water on second day around 6PM. Fortunately, they fix it in about 3 hrs.

The motel room we stayed in were not good. It didn't look clean and had a smell. I don't like knocking on someone's pride and joy but the pictures online are not what we've seen. Avoid and find another place to stay. The 2 star rating is very generous at best.

My wife spent I two nights there. The room is Okay, not the best but adequate for a few night. The bed are very good and the room is quiet. The proximity of so many place to visit and the very reasonable price is what make this location so exceptional . There is a decent restaurant at the same location and a gas station and convenience store across the street.

I was originally nervous about staying here due to the recent negative reviews. However, I did not experience any of the aforementioned issues during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are very dated - but that did not bother me. The staff was welcoming. We DID have hot water our entire trip. We used the pool and hot tub after a day at Bryce Canyon - which was very nice. The restaurant was delicious and the serves were very kind. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not that. But it is a convenient and comfortable stay for a quick night stay after a day of hiking. I felt safe the entire time. I would stay here again.

People are very nice and friendly. Restaurant is very expensive. We was afraid to flush the toilet stool. Acted like it was going to stop up and overflow.😱🤮

Bryce Canyon Pines is a hidden gem within the Bryce Canyon area! It is only 10 minutes from the Bryce Canyon entrance. We stayed there for the pricing, but was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the rooms, the overall maintenance of the grounds, amenities and the friendliness of the staff. There is a swimming pool and hot tub for guests and a restaurant on site. Even though it's just a couple of miles away from the center of all the entertainment, it's well worth the savings and experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again! This Motel is WAY underrated.
