I hate writing a less than ideal review when my the communication I had before went well, but we were really disappointed with the teepee. We pulled in and were surprised to discover there is only 1 of the 3 teepee's as shown in the photos online. That wasn't a problem, just a surprise. But when we walked inside the teepee, I was upset because it was filthy. The ground was covered in both pet and people hair, as were the cots, and there was a full diaper in the garbage can. There was a fan which was nice, but there were string lights with no connector to plug them in. My son had a blast and thought it was great, but Im thankful were only there one night. The picnic table outside is broken and the showers weren't the cleanest (but definitely the worst I've seen). It would be helpful for a broom to be put in the teepee so guests could self clean a little or something.

We stayed for four nights just before Labor Day at Burns RV Park on our way to Idaho. It’s the only campground along Highway 20 between Bend and the Idaho border. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and our site (53) was spacious, sunny, and comfortable. There were lots of quail running around the campground, which was a nice touch. While the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, the park itself has a charming, rustic vibe—reminding me of an old KOA. It’s quiet, simple, and overall met all our needs.

Good RV park with level, good sized spaces. Hookups good. Never saw anyone in the office but they had papers on the door. Bathroom clean. Clean RV park overall.

Had a family get together with our children from 4 different states for a week. Nice folks, friendly and accommodating for us. We all enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and were able to relax well. Some of that is because of the place we were at this facility.

We stayed at this RV park one night in late June, 2025. I’d read other reviewers comment on the mess left behind after a flood from a broken levee just over a month ago. There is some debris still laying about from that, and much weeding to be done, but our group of three were parked near the back, looking toward an open field so we didn’t look at that much. What we noticed were all the big trees for shade, grass between each site, and picnic tables. What we enjoyed was the quiet of the place! We felt safe, had hookups, and a level place to park for the night. Sometimes you need to focus on the positives.

Stayed here overnight, heading west. The campground is very clean. Fellow campers were quiet and very nice. The people are very friendly. Online check-in is very convenient. There are a few things you should be aware of: 1. It's a tight space. Larger rigs will definitely notice that. 2. The spaces themselves are small. Most tow vehicles had to park into the route of travel. 3. Some slots are on a slope. My neighbor and I both had to do some sizeable adjustments to level out our rigs. 4. There are a lot of residents/long-term campers there. 5. It sits along a relatively busy highway. If you're not a fan of traffic noise, you might notice. Overall, it was a safe and clean place to stay for the night. And the staff were very friendly.

This is a well-maintained RV park just outside Burns, Oregon. The park was clean, had ample room between RVs and had cool things to do like corn hole and horseshoes. The bathrooms were spotless and the gas for sale was priced reasonably. The best let about this park was the owner. He was super helpful, and even pulled his truck around to give my old RV a jump start. I’d recommend this park to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
