Used to love this resort until new unpersonal management. Nice pool when it's working (Usually). Nice hot tub. Many camping spots. You can even purchase a park model. Burgers on Fridays. Games throughout the week. Potlucks occasionally. New staff waits to put out mail and won't put out the mail sign, so you never know when it's in. Very busy road to get out onto. You often have to wait. Streets have been repaved in park. Yay!

Really love the park, the staff, the amenities and the closeness to stores and restaurants.

Part of Thousand Trails they have a few sites reserved for our use. The sites were by the road and noisy, but the site was large and level. Friendly people, it's a 55 and over park with lots of activities if you like. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice touch. Lots to do in the area.

There aren’t many cactuses, to be honest. But I don’t mind. Lovely place. Lovely staff. Love the burgers n brats.

The ladies at front office are very friendly. The park is well maintained and we like that they have gravel on the all the sites. The reason for the 4 stars is because the size of the spot was a bit tight.

RV park was nice, clean and people were friendly. just a bit noisy on the west wall.

Nice, very well kept park with welcoming staff and residents. We enjoyed having Christmas dinner with them. Spaces are big enough for rig and car. The only complaint, which is out of their control, is the noise from the road that was busy day and night. The nearby RR tracks are also very busy, though no train horns are sounded.

It's an older 55+ RV resort. Everyone is very nice and friendly. My husband and I enjoy the pool and hot tub. Lots of activities! The sites are close together, but most rigs are very nice and tidy. I give it a 4 star because the roads have a few potholes, and we're not able to gather mail/ packages on the weekends.

Cactus Gardens is a good, friendly, clean, reasonably priced place for over 55 snowbirds (median age 75) to hunker down for winter. The facility itself is old, but is continually maintained including the hot tub and pool which are very warm, clean and usable all winter. The sites are typically sized. The wifi doesn't reach beyond the buildings, and the cable is fuzzy snow. The location in the Foothills is good near to amenities for shopping and 12 minutes or so to Yuma. The culture here is very dog friendly, however the dog run is outside the park in the desert. The staff are great! They go above and beyond and do what they can. Their mail delivery is 1st class. Encore, however, owners of the property, need to invest. New posts, cable, wifi, pool tile cleaning, bathroom renovation.
