Do not put a deposit on a spot unless you will for sure use it, I lost $400 and I have never even been to the rv park, was hoping to get back some of my deposit, but no just screw the people from out of town and take their money

I called to get information and the woman answering the phone was rude and very short with me. She wouldn't even let me complete my question. That explains the rating of 3.5

Nice place, nice owners. Most campers have been there quite a while; vacancies are few and far between. The owners are really nice and live on site.

We just needed a place for the night. Melisa had one spot left and saved it for us with no card info, etc. Very helpful. The park was clean, clean! Office was spic and span. Spot was gravel, not concrete, but it was fresh, clean gravel, with no dirt to get on your feet. Looks like the spot we stayed in (# 22) had all new hookups. Not one thing to complain about. Residents there seemed happy, and were courteous. No loud noises. We’ll try to make it back.

This ignorant lady running the place tried to talk badly about my kids to my boss. She said my kids pooped all over the walls in the restroom! Excuse me lady but my wife doesn’t lose sight of my kids and plus we have a very nice camper with our own bathroom we’d never use a nasty public restroom when we have our own. My boys are respectful and courteous my wife would tear them a new one if they ever did such a thing! (They never would though!) She never even called me to say anything just decided to talk badly about us not knowing that she was speaking to my boss. Jokes on her my boss knew that wasn’t my kids and agreed to what a crazy rude lady she was. We weren’t even there 90% of the time my wife took the kids to hot springs and the state park we pretty much just slept there. Funniest part is she had no proof of my kids doing it she just decided to pick us to trash talk. What a joke. Overpriced gravel pit with crazy management.

We knew we would be checking in after hours, but called ahead to reserve a spot. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. They do have a night check-in drop box for payment. Cash only after hours. The Park is on a frontage road off I-30, but easy to find and not too much road noise. Pull through sites behind the main building are gravel, but level, full hook-ups for 20, 30 and 50 amp. VERY WIDE, super easy to get into, especially if you have a big rig or are towing. I would stay here again on our cross-country trek.

Manager and her husband were extremely helpful and accommodating. Facility was very clean. It is in need of a fenced in dog area with grass. I would stay again!

Owners have finished their massive remodeling and great, wide, level gravel sites. I would love to see a grass area for my dog (maybe in the spring?). Managers Melissa and Jerry are very friendly and hard workers with their volunteering with local animal rescue too!
