We were driving on the 60 exiting on Mesa dr. When one of your drivers that was going into the high way switched lanes extremely close to us and she saw us, she was inches from crushing our car, no signal on. I had to honk my horn, it was very scary. You can't have that type of people driving your business trucks, we took a picture of the truck. I'll see if I can post it under my comment. She was wearing prescription glasses and i think she had short hair, (unless it was a man) Arizona car plates is CK10473 and the truck number was 2 it says Follow us to the party CALAM RESORTS. Be careful out there there's crazy people driving.

Can anyone provide the contact information for someone at HQ? Preferably a real person who demonstrates logical thinking and empathy. The staff at Icon @ Cooley Station from Cal-Am appear to lack proper training, leading to numerous issues for residents. These problems have resulted in police reports being filed and 911 calls being made due to their behavior.

Bought a park model for my brother a couple years ago. After Cal Am went to a new accounting system I find that if you mistakenly double pay your monthly bill you will not be given a refund nor will the overpayment be applied to your entire next bill but credit will be given to water, garbage only, not electricity. To top that the staff took an unauthorized payment on my card even with the credit. I will now have a credit on May 1 when the new park rent is due. Run don’t walk away from Cal Am property’s. Poorly trained staff at resort level and corporate doesn’t care about anything but the bottom line!

Our site smells of sewer maintenance said can't find the problem you deal with it. Neighbors play there music very loud , dogs barking all day. . More like a trailer park than a resort. Cal am Sun life sewer smell is like a septic tank. No help from maintenance or management they have my money..... I guess we will have to move lass my money. Don't stay at Sun life Mesa AZ.

They own properties in Reno Nevada and they have literally changed everything, now with all the Californians coming in they have completely disregarded their tenants that have been in their mobile home park for years.... they are slowly getting rid of all of them nitpicking and finding ways over the last few years, to get them out and when they get them to move or leave they destroy the mobile home that they lived in, then they have it removed and a brand new one put in its place. Just recently they are forcing all of us to pay online and then they are running credit checks once we agreed to pay online, I have lived in the mobile home park for over 10 years and they have never done anything like this. Also they are constantly making us do upgrades and lots of times the elderly people can't afford it... so that is a way to get rid of them and move a new one in their spot. Also if you go to the office with any complaints now they tell you....."We have lots of people lined up waiting to take your place so if you don't want to agree with the changes, you are more than welcome to move somewhere else!" It is such a sad situation I can only hope that we can continue to live here for as long as we are able. I no longer feel safe in my community and I can only wonder when we may be homeless.... because of the greed that is taken over Cal-Am properties.

NO CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT IN THE CAL—AM WORLD. No customer service even though you are paying lot rent. The streets are cracked and so filthy that you can’t walk your dog!!! It doesn’t make a difference if you express your concern, they don’t answer the phone and never return your call. There are horror stories posted in other Google reviews and BBB. I wish I had read those reviews!! Live and learn!

Very poor place. Has ppl retired and nothing to do but mess up your billing. I own 2 homes here and I was threaten to be kicked out bc of my name tag. Remember in winter most the snobs come out and own this place. Not Arizona mentality at all. I'm very disgusted and am looking to get out Of this crazy place

Very awesome staff, higher up management needs work. Tried talking to the manager at Pueblo Grande and she wouldn’t open up the door to talk to my mom and closed the shade in her face. Tried calling higher up to speak to the higher up management about the pool and guest situation (website says visitors are allowed, private park is following same covid protocol rules since everything shut down a year ago when in fact the website says everything is open for residents and visitors) It’s rude because everyone has just shut us out and left us in the dark because they know they’re wrong. My grandpa has been living here for 15+ years, I’ve been visiting for as many years and never have experienced such disrespect. It takes a simple conversation (in person or on the phone) to solve these problems get management continues to hide and have residents threaten us.

This company is the upmost disrespectful to the elderly people that have lived in their homes longer than this company has owned these 55 plus mobile home parks. They have harassed my aunt for having a mop bucket on her porch to dry. They have caused my 85 yr aunt to stress so bad with their harassing threating letters for damage done by the Farrel cats to everyone's skirting. I am seeking a lawyer on behalf of my aunt.

We recently worked with Kathy Snider from the Cal-Am Val Vista Villages Sales Team in Mesa, AZ. Kathy went above & beyond to help us find the perfect place within our budget. She is very quick to respond, very patient & very trustworthy! I would highly recommend her when looking for a place in that area!
