Been coming here now for 5 years. Perfect location for biking the incredible Pinellas Trail as well as easy access to multiple beaches including scenic ride to Clearwater Beach through Dunedin. Great restaurants in area. Very nice pool. Have already made reservations for next year!

We will not be returning to this park. The website pictures were not at all reflective of the actual park itself. They showed the 3 best things they had to offer but that's it. This is a park where people live year around with a few open spaces for rental. The facility is in bad need of repair. The bathrooms are filthy as well as the laundry services. Numerous cracks in the pavement throughout the park. When we checked in around 3:30pm and had a few questions, someone did return our call promptly however his tone was that of someone that didn't want to be bothered. The park is also not cheap by any means. Upon investigation of nearby parks we discovered 3 that were 10x what this place was and for very similar pricing. Do you research before you stay here. You'll be glad you did!

I gave it 4 starts because the Wi-Fi was really bad. You think a place that big have a good Wi-Fi but didn't. It was awful bad. We got bored. It was cold and we couldn't go to the pool, even though that have a heat, but still. You get out of the pool and get out and catch a pneumonia. Other than that, was good. Really quiet. We talk to some neighbor, but other than that, that's it. I'll recommend it for a short period of time.

Nice little park. Most seamed to be living there and very kind people. Pool was awesome with two large shade shelters. There is an ice cream parlor in the same maybe shared parking lot. We have the best site. It was Paved with a grill, gas fire pit, and a swing. Picnic tables were resin and very durable.

We stayed at the Caladesi RV park for 2 months and really enjoyed our stay. We drove our golf cart to the local restaurants, and visited several near by beaches. The RV park is in a fantastic location nestled between several small towns with all different experiences. The RV park and pool were kept clean, and the staff took care of any issue we had in a timely manner. I can be picky at times and sometimes expect a lot so I was pleasantly surprised. I also was relieved that there were not 100 rules that can sometimes dampen the fun. This RV park did not disappoint!! If you are on the fence you should go for it.

My family and I had such an amazing time staying at this RV park for a little weekend getaway. VERY accommodating place! Everyone in this RV park was so friendly . Pool was very nice and clean. Chris was very accommodating and very down to earth which is right up our alley. We appreciate people that run business that aren’t just about money and going to stonewall you at any sight of a hiccup all because they forget what it’s like to be human. Those kind of people stick out like sore thumbs and are the biggest turn off. Chris was the total opposite. People like him are gems in this world and are hard to come by these days. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this RV park. We will definitely be back again🌸

Moved from a "concrete jungle" RV park to Caladesi just yesterday and I LOVE it! There is so much beautiful "old Florida" nature here. Chris and Amanda have been amazing, helping me with everything. There is also a nice & clean pool, an air conditioned laundry room, clubhouse, restrooms with showers and a weight room! The Pinellas Trail, for biking and walking, is very close. Also a lot of restaurants and even a family owned vegetable stand down the road. Took the "Jolly Trolley" today that has many routes (To Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, etc). Very convenient as I don't have my car here. I highly recommend this place!

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of pulling my 2022 ALiner Classic to Caladesi RV Park and spent Friday and Saturday nights. It was a VERY relaxing weekend, and the Park was more than I expected. The neighbors were super friendly and the Park was extremely clean. I was impressed with how nice "Chris" was on the phone since I missed my check in time. The shower and bathrooms were excellent and I felt very comfortable there. I'd highly recommend any RV travelers to spend some time there and enjoy a GREAT location. 💯💯💯

We stayed at this RV park over the past 2 1/2 months..I must say this was a wonderful experience! The owner Chris is fantastic, he is hands on and alway working hard to keep this park in pristine condition. He answers any questions promptly and we really felt at home here. The pool and laundry/showers facilities are great and you couldn’t ask for a better location. We highly recommend Caladesi RV park and look forward to coming back next year.
