We stayed at Camp Dakota for about a week. This place is great! They have men’s and women’s bath houses with two showers, a laundry room, playground for kids, and picnic tables at each site. The grounds and public spaces were very clean and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. On the day it was time for us to leave, we had some issues with our camper and Cody was more than willing to help us out. This is such a great site and we will be staying here again.

This was a assume small RV Park. plenty of shade, gravel lots, grass area for tents. there is a playground, basketball hoop, corn ball, horseshoe pit. Very nice laundry room, clean bathrooms with showers. we stayed a month here and loved it. We will be back.

The Camp Dakotah has got character and friendly people. Family owned, and the owners live on site and are engaged in their campground and I found it to be my kind of place. A real living person answers the phone, helps me get parked and genuinely cares about my stay, my rig, and me. It's rustic, hard packed gravel, but this is rural South Dakota, not club Med. I stayed for two nights, full hook up, great WI-FI, friendly people, and i'll be back for sure. Cody, owner, found room for me even though i'm a bit long for the site, it's OK here at Camp Dakotah. I've 40' class A and motorcycle trailer, 60' overall. Thank you Camp Dakotah. cheerz Johnny MedicineBear

Okay for a one night stay. Campsites are small and VERY close together. Our end site (33) was basically on the road. No picnic table no fire pit heck, no grass. Women's restroom clean and showers looked alright. Hubby said men's wasn't as clean. Looks like there are quite a few people from the I-29 construction crew staying right now. Didn't really have a family vibe.

Had a confirmation for an RV site. Drove all the way there only to find it our spot given away...fully loaded with the road repair guys. We did get our deposit back. Still feels wrong.
