I checked in here a couple weekends ago, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed here on a whim and had such a great time. When we checked in, we met another couple setting up their site and ended up spending the evening talking with them around the fire. We can’t wait to come back! It wasn’t too far of a drive from kalamazoo either.

Really love this campground. It’s peaceful and tucked away in the woods, which makes it easy to relax and unwind, but they also have fun events that bring people together without it feeling too busy. The staff are friendly, and the kayaks on the lake are such a nice touch because I don’t own one myself! Definitely one of my favorite spots

The bathrooms and showers were so clean! First time we have not had to shower in our own camper at a park. Fun trails to hike full of scenery and wild blackberries. I forgot my water pressure regulator. When i went to the check in to see if the camp store had one for sale, the check in employee offered to let me borrow one without hesitation. That is just GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! These things alone will keep us coming back.

Spent the last few years spending a vacation in Michigan. The first few years we spent a week in different campgrounds but the state park seemed crowded and noisy. We spent a week the last two years at Sharp Park. It is wonderful. The bathrooms were very clean and spotless. The grounds were clean. The staff is amazing. Just sitting and watching the swans, geese, ducks along with turtles and toads was resting. Last year we had our family reunion and this year was just the two of us with our dog. Looking forward to next year.

This was our first time at the campground. We stayed on a full hookup site on Turner Lake. The site was level. Noted several improvements including electrical upgrade and new turf on the site. Everything at the campground appeared clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were very clean and kept up with supplies. We did not have kids with us but there was a usable beach and playground equipment available and also kayaks, canoes, etc. to use on Turner Lake. Location is quiet and tucked into the woods but is a close drive to good dining and shopping. Staff and our neighbors were very friendly. We will absolutely find our way back there!!

Seasonal rates as high as 2 grand have to be a typo for such a small and dumpy park with no amenities. Glad we shopped around.. We pay 400 a year less and have a pool and store at the place we just booked for next year. What a joke

I made a reservation and cancelled in the appropriate time to get all but $10 back. It's been nearly a month now that i cancelled my reservation and still no refund. Required to pay via paypal to individual so paypal wont take a complaint. I have called at least 5 different times and was told would be given refund. I call many times and no one answers. I would never recommend.
