Campers Paradise Campground

My family and I had a trip planned for this weekend. We arrived Wednesday evening after hours as we had a long drive in. We proceeded to our assigned camp site and the neighboring campsites had pop ups, picnic tables and chairs in our site and over our hookups. We reached out to the 24 hour number we were provided and were advised that nobody was onsite but to ask the people to move. We ended up on a FaceTime call with the manager who after a while told us to move to a different site that was severely un level and muddy. When we couldn’t make that site work because it was only 30 amp and too small for our fifth wheel. We were told to move to yet a different site and we would figure it out in the morning this was after 10 pm. The next morning we were texted and told that we needed to move back to the original site. My wife walked over and all of the other campers items were still in our site. The campground instructed us to tell the people to move. All though that shouldn’t be our responsibility to do we did. The people said they would but instead left. After all of the issues we decided to leave. Nobody seemed to care at this point so we moved to a different campground. Later in the day we did receive a text saying we would be receiving a refund. It was quite an experience. I would absolutely not recommend this place which is a shame because a year ago we had a great experience here. We were informed that the owners were a corporation and it truly shows. Campers paradise is an ironic name as there is nothing paradise about this place. The picture I attached is of the neighboring campers personal items over our hookups and there camper backed into our site.

Family-friendly campground with fun activities and locked entry gate. Definitely feel safe with my family here. Age appropriate play area, pool, and more. Clean restrooms and clean shower house. I stay here several times a year and enjoy every stay, every time! We used to tent camp, but bought a travel trailer this spring. We have stayed twice since May, and have two more trips already booked. Expect a country feel, but with great amenities. I highly recommend choosing Campers Paradise in Sigel for your next family trip!

Enjoyed our stay. A lot of kids here all ages. Pool needs to be bigger-too many people/kids and not enough room in the pool. Pool was pretty cold and could be cleaner too. RV spots were nice because they put down enough gravel but some in the middle are hard to maneuver into.

Disappointing. My family and I tent camped here a few weeks ago. First off, the spots are very tight. Not what I thought at all. I picked this spot because it seemed like a clean and very family friendly place with lots of great amenities for our child. The playground was run down and unsafe for my child unless my husband and I were on top of her at all times. The bathrooms had signs posted that they were closed for “cleaning” everyday from 12-1 and yet my husband and I both used the bathrooms during this time without issue. And the same stain markings in the toilet in the men’s room were there everyday during our stay. There was mud and bugs all over the women’s room. Very disappointing and far from “clean” the only time I saw someone actually cleaning was on our way out. The pool was cloudy and super warm on a hot day, not what you want. And there was a party one night keeping half the camp ground awake later than one would expect. We paid more than a state park for these amenities, and we’re just really disappointed in what was available. Overall we still made the best of it and had a decent trip, but we probably will not go out of our way to come back to this campground. It’s definitely not “paradise” as the name would suggest.

I live locally and some friends I hadn’t seen in a while were staying here, so I went to visit them. Couldn’t find their cabin, so I stopped at the office for directions. Was told I needed to buy a visitors pass. I was just stopping by for an hour, not using any of the amenities. I should have just left but reluctantly agreed and gave them my credit card. Oh, sorry, but we charge a fee for credit cards. If they nickel and dime visitors like that, I can’t imagine what they do to guests. After reading through the other negative reviews here, I’m anxiously awaiting a passive aggressive response from the owner.

Just spent a week at Campers Paradise. It's very clean and actually pretty bug free for being in the forest. Cortnee was very helpful as well as everyone we came across. The pool is very nice and well maintained. Their gift shop has pretty much everything you would need. Thank you for a great week, and I look forward to staying again.

Me and my boyfriend just got back from our much needed get away. We had the most fabulous time. We stayed in the Dakota cabin. It was so cozy and clean and much more than I expected. It was so peaceful and quiet.. The hot tub was great. Will totally recommend. We will definitely be back again someday. Thank you.

Had a wonderfully quiet get away at the Yukon cabin. Clean, in great shape, as described only better. Hot tub was ready and amazing. They weren’t notified of our online booking (last min trip) but when I called to see how to check in the owners were prompt and apologetic, even though they were not to blame. We’ve stayed at the Wild West territory there, tented, primitive cabins, our travel trailer, and now the deluxe cabin. Just added to the long list of why Campers Paradise is our absolute favorite! So beautiful with the snow too!

I have been coming here for years! Mike & Andrea and their family are super nice people. Campground is always clean, bathrooms too! Really nice place to bring your family. Highly recommend ♥️
