These type of storage facilities are very difficult to get a live person on site. All that you can do is call the number provided and hope someone returns your call in a timely manner. This rarely happens.

We've used this place for about a year. It's basic outdoor storage, but inexpensive and a convenient location so we've stayed with it. The place down the street charges $10 more for outdoor storage. We've had no significant issues. 24 hour access. Update 01 / 2020: About 2 years now. Price increased last year but still ok value.
