RV Park is so nice, clean and there is grass at every site. Sites are spaced nicely apart. Sites are level and have a picnic table. Close to activities. Great view of the mountains for sunset. Office staff is friendly. Would definitely stay again if passing through the area again, we were here 2 years ago.

Communication was poor and guest service was unsatisfactory. At check in I was told the pool and hot tub were open until 8pm. We didn't find out until later that there are special stipulations to use the hot tub after 6pm. The pool was open, then the pool was closed, then the pool was open. None of this was communicated. Yet we got an email that 1 of the 2 dog walks was closed because of standing water. I think the amenities we pay for are more important to communicate. Several people were frustrated with the pool being closed. I know that it takes about 3 minutes to push a button to open the cover and test the water.
Short Trails
We stayed 4 nights in October 2025. We needed to have work done on our trailer and they made it easy for us to leave and return to the same site after repairs. Close to Pallisade wine country and Colorado National Monument. All facilities are new and very clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Laundry room and clubhouse were very modern and clean. Will come back.

Such a nice place to stay! The spots are very well maintained with concrete pads as well as a grass spot. Very roomy spots as well. Lots of great amenities, a pool, hot tub, clubhouse, pickle ball court and a nice playground area. Outside of the busy area and easy to get to town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

We stayed here 2 nights. Simply put, it's a great place. Beautiful grounds, nice sites, and good folks at the office. Now to the bathrooms/showers. These are probably the best and cleanest we've ever seen in RV land. It's apparent that the owners really care for their resort, and their customers. We had site E9, next to those great showers. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Wonderful place to camp! We brought our 3 year old daughter who loved this place so much to include the pool, splash pad, and game room. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. All the employees were wonderful and courteous and helpful. The sites were large and dog friendly. Loved walking the property and seeing the gorgeous mesas. Will be back! Can’t wait

Upscale glamping at its finest. Beautiful mountain views either direction. Clean, upkept grounds. We had the dog pen site and loved our stay. Wish laundry was open 24hrs. I also gave a great review on RVlife. Also post RV campground reviews on FB: Z3400 and our website gets updated every weekend with our previous stops and links to Campgrounds Website to reserve. Your doing a fabulous job!! If im in the area again I would definitely stay with you!!

Have stayed here twice for a week each time. Nice little park, convenient location not far from the interstate, quiet, and well maintained. Staff are welcoming and helpful (have never been charged to have packages sent here). Laundry room is decent size with plenty of working washers and dryers - plus you can use an app OR quarters!

Canyon View RV Resort is awesome. Unfortunately we were only passing through for one night but we would definitely return. The resort is clean and modern and the sites are great. We stayed in Site B12 in a 46ft 5th Wheel with an F450 and did not have to disconnect. If we had to disconnect the site had a huge separate gravel parking space. Some sites even have their own fenced in area for the pups. Way cool! Bonus…our neighbor Linda was awesome!

Absolutely wonderful campground and staff! Place is kept clean at all times, amenities are top notch. You are minutes from Colorado National Monument (and you can see it from camp) as well as bike trial and Colorado River. Shopping and gym is also close by. Even though camp is in the center of Grand Junction you feel like you are not. Definitely coming back next fall.
