This is not a hotel, it's a KOA campground. Google is asking questions as if this is a hotel. It was a perfect spot for us to spend a few nights while visiting family and friends. Full hookups on a pull through site.

This KOA has many wonderful offerings including fishing and a games room. We however only stayed one night so did not take advantage of such amenities. The usual traffic/train noise as is common in KOAs near major highways. Our site was far from level.

If you have to drive just a little further to make it to Topeka/Capital City KOA Journey, the effort will be rewarded ten-fold. The campground is only second best to the people who manage it. From jump, the staff and guests welcomed my dog Charlie and I with open arms and paws. He loved the ability to walk around the ponds, see the ducks, play in the dog park, and meet the other k-9 companions. Whether you are just traveling through or looking for a few nights to chill, this is the place for you. Thanks Capital City KOA!

Stopped here for 1 night while passing through to the west coast. The staff were nice, the grounds were clean and our site was level. We liked this campground because they had a lot of space for our little one to run around. She really loved the ducks that roamed around freely.

Friendly staff. Very nice pool! The grounds are well kept with lots of things to do on site for the family! Sites are spacious and close to all the amenities. They have 2 public bathroom areas also, one on each end of the campground.

Beautifully kept campground. Immaculate bathhouse. Easy access from Interstate 75/70 yet quiet and serene. Friendly/helpful management. Saltwater pool looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Everything about this place was great 👍 Unfortunately I was there for a couple of Kansas storms which was not an issue no power outages and storm debris was cleared up ASAP.. would be great to have personnel around for folks working extended hours. Really appreciate the service they provide 👍🇱🇷

We stayed at Topeka/Capital City KOA Journey for two nights and were disappointed by our experience. While the campground was mostly empty (it appears to cater primarily to full-time residents), we were charged for a full extra night because we checked out late on the final day. Given the lack of occupancy and being off-season, this felt unreasonable and unnecessary. The campground itself was adequate, the bathrooms were clean, but the inflexible checkout policy left a sour taste. Be aware that even with minimal occupancy, they enforce a strict checkout time and charge for any late departure.

Came for a quick weekend trip while visiting family. We were pleasantly surprised! A lovely little campground! Very clean! We had a rv site with full hookups and a little patio. The dog areas are well kept as well and really didn’t run in to little dog bombs everywhere which is a nice change from other places! Kids liked the playground and it’s a decent size too. We even used the restrooms by the laundry and it was all very clean and well kept. As it’s fall we missed the pool but looking forward to that maybe on our next trip. We definitely will be coming back here! We liked how it was tucked back off the main road and had a cute appeal. I’d recommend to anyone needing a good place to stop with their rv!

Stayed here a couple nights while going and coming back from a trip further west . The rustic cabin (like most KOA) is no frills, but perfect for a good nights rest in a quiet atmosphere . The campground was packed, but super quiet at night and early morning. Coffee was provided in the office . Front desk staff , which i am assuming was owner, was extremely helpful, thoughtful and friendly. We had great night rests and definitely would book again if going through.
