As a member of this park I find most things are very good, however the management treatment of the handicap is Apaulding. Wednesday night there was a dinner and music show. The cost was $35 and open to the public. Management decided to take every handicap parking space and hang a sign on them designating them as special parking for certain attendees. Leaving no parking for handicap, and those parked in the special designated spaces did not have handicap placards. How dispicable is their treatment of the handicap. In response to your reply. Every vehicle parked in those spots did not have handicap placards or licence plates designating handicap. It doesn't matter why those poles were put there, once there they become public parking for any handicap person and can not be deemed parking for certain people during special events. And if management did not put those signs up then management should be responsible to correct the situation with the event coordinator.

Convenient, safe and affordable 55+ RV park, has a swimming pool, hot tub, pickle ball, event hall, restrooms and clean showers. Been here many times as both guest and visitor. Only complain I have is the inconsistence with handicap parking, as they move the spots around or simply eliminate them all together depending on what's going on - a problem for most with limited mobility. I don't think the owners might be aware of this. Management is not without drama but the other seasonal tenants keep me coming back. I hope they get their bearings greased on time, I don't want the wheels to come off but seems headed that way.

Caravan Oasis posted a dance and fundraiser for the Shriners hospital! A group named Mostly Country is the band performing tonight! Excellent, what wonderful music and what a wonderful atmosphere. They've done a great job in bringing the holiday spirit here at caravan oasis! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's not a public play area. Full-time over 60year olds live there & all drive golf carts even to exercise their dogs.

Great place!! We did a one-night stopover on our way to CA but would have definitely enjoyed being there longer! Nice sites and even nicer people!! We had a 45' coach and stacker trailer and didn't have any issues getting on or out. We highly recommend Caravan Oasis for your short or long stay needs!

Was in town to trade in my camper and stayed here for the one night. It was self service and pay next morning. AsI was trying to find the overnight RV sites-I was helped by-so sorry I cannot remember your name but he led me to a pull through site-explained everything. Place was clean-offered many amenities but I was just here for the one night. I did take a walk around park and everyone was friendly. I would definitely stay here again and maybe in future become a snowbird.

In the summer this place is empty. I am sure in the winter it fills up. This is only an over night for us but have stayed many times. The have a large overnight section but over the years they failed to keep them up. I estimate they have 25 overnight sites but on our recent visit only two had power. For that reason call ahead. As far as the full timer they have many built home so it is very popular. It is very well taken care of with great pools and spa. The bathrooms are spotless and they have a gym, meeting rooms and just about every outside sport you can think of. They have 3 area for dos all fence. This is a large facility. I did notice on our visit they have a large solar array. I am not sure it is for the people living there but in Az it makes a lot of sense. They only serve 55+ but if you want to check it out it is worth your time. Understand this is AZ and in the summer you could see temperatures up to 120. But in the winter it is great and it shows how many people flock here

Stay here for 4 months. The atmosphere was great. The people were great. Had lots of fun and lots of adventures from there. The staff was great new manager. Was awesome Harvey, my Fleming's giant rabbits had a great time. 2, he would go out at night. And come back by 8 o'clock for his banana. And all the people were very nice. Would recommend it to everyone. It is definitely getting better since the new manager arrive. And it is growing into one of the better places to go
