RV and mobile home park, conveniently located with views of the Superstitious Mountains. Clean and quiet, clean laundry room and pool with jacuzzi. Good Verizon and T Mobile service. The park is very tight, spots are narrow and short, it is meant to stay for a long time. We have a 32 feet long trail and we could not fit the truck on the driveway. Everybody in the park is very nice and friendly.

Great place to stay. We've been here for a year. Feels like home. Lots are a nice size, rates are great. It's a small park and we are family here. There's a dog park, rec room with pool tables and a library. The community area where all the dances, dinners, events etc are held. The bathrooms/showers are clean. The laundry room has 6 washers/dryers, recently new. There's a pool where they would have aquarobics. They have 2 courts for shuffleboard. There is a track for walking and a fire pit in the middle for group campfires. Give it a try! They do accept Passport America for short visits.

We are full time RVers and stayed here one night on our way through town. We were a little skeptical pulling in because it's in a more residential area and they have RV spaces mixed in with mobile homes. However the guy in the office was very friendly, the park is very clean and well maintained. The residents here are friendly and quiet and the pool is also very clean and well maintained. The sites are large and extremely level and have nice gravel with a concrete slab in the middle for grills, tables and chairs. We can't speak to the restrooms and showers because we always use our own. But if they are like the rest of the park I have no doubt they are also great. The only drawbacks are the streets are slightly narrow and they are old school and don't take cards, cash or check only. If we come through the Phoenix area again we will definitely stay here.

Nice park in AJ. This was our second time staying here. In the summer, (which is when we stayed here both times) not many people around. The few we have met are very friendly. The manager is very pleasant and helpful. The place is well maintained. We did not use any of the facilities or amenities but there were people taking advantage of the pool and seemed to be thoroughly enjoying it. Last year we used the restrooms and they were well maintained. The pricing is very reasonable.
