🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely loved our stay! The campground was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Our site was spacious with plenty of privacy, and the facilities (showers, bathrooms, picnic areas) were spotless. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. We enjoyed the Halloween festivities 🎃 and the quiet evenings by the fire — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The mini bowling alley and arcade was really cool. Out most favorite highlight of the weekend was the trick or treating and parade! Highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic outdoor experience. We’ll definitely be back

Every fall we meet up with my in-laws who are traveling to Florida. This was our 2nd year meeting them at this campground and we all love it here. The grounds are extremely clean, very pretty and easy to walk. The stores are basic, if you need something, they probably have it but not a lot of extras if you want to buy an item that reminds you of your trip. We enjoy the activities, the music that plays on Saturday nights and this year, we were there for Halloween weekend. That was a blast, and it was so much fun to walk around and see everyone's decorated sites. Do I recommend this campground? Absolutely yes! Do not hesitate to go, it is a fun and relaxing way to spend your time camping.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sun Outdoors. This was our first time visiting with our new to us camper and we had a blast! There is something here for everyone. The littles loved the mulitple playgrounds throughout the campsite and the jumping pillow. It was also so nice to have access to some of the water amentities being available in October as they were heated! October is also an AMAZING time to visit the camground with kids because the facility and campers go ALL OUT for Halloween! They had trick or treating, activities like face painting, and a lot of the campsites had really cool, amazing decorations! We will definitely be visiting again to enjoy all the wonderful amentities this campgroud has to offer in the summertime and probably for Halloween again as well. Throuroughly enjoyed our visit.

This was our 3rd stay at the Conway location. We have always been very pleased with our experiences at Sun Outdoors. This visit was to bring our grandchildren for one of the Halloween weekends. They enjoyed it very much. The Friday evening movies and popcorn were great. The Saturday activities were fun although we had difficulty locating the activity director for the Foam wiffle ball activity. Several of your employees tried to find her and were trying very hard to help. Evidently that activity had been cancelled but there was no way to know, We finally caught up with her later that afternoon and got a better idea of the schedule. Although the scheduled activities were posted under the activity QR code, the fact that it was raining and changes had to be made, did not make it to the schedule. Everyone we spoke with told us to continue to check that site, but there were never any updates. A suggestion might be to make sure all employees know what the plan for rain will be so that they can answer questions without having to look for the director. She should also be available to keep things running rather than implementing activities herself. Seems like a little communication and delegation would go along way. With that said, we still had a great time and will be back.

We stayed Halloween weekend... The place has so much to do and I saw plenty of teens having a great time. We don't have kids so we stayed away from the action. It was pretty much quiet and peaceful. They have security cameras so I felt very secure... They have a million golf carts, the staff was nice and I loved the nice sized RV pads... They need someone to clean the dog park daily amount of feces was gross... We watched many people not clean up after their dogs so that made it not a good time for me... It was also all over the RV pad grass. That's not the parks fault but it was gross... I would definitely return when it's warmer so we can try the lazy river or pools... We had a nice time the Golf Cart parade was too cute...

First, the facilities are great. Clean and well maintained. Lots included for your money. Staff is friendly and helpful. Family and grown-up activities to enjoy. Sites are meticulously kept. But what put it over the top was the service. My slide out stuck on the day we were supposed to leave. Staff let me stay on-site with no charge until I could get a tech to help me get on the road. Then I left a personal item behind. Barbara arranged to have it mailed back to me (We live three hours away.) the day after I called looking for it. She did it with just a promise I would repay her, which I did. Can't ask for more than that! We'll be back and recommend Carolina Pines to friends.

Very nice location and well kept. Plenty of amenities for the family. I do believe the common area could benefit from having more fire pit areas. With an RV resort this size four fire pits do not suffice. There is a grass courtyard tied off labeled "stay off of grass". Maybe they could remove this grass section and put another 8 fire pit sections in instead. Just an idea that I believe would be appreciated.

First time at Carolina Pines. Amenities are excellent. I gave it 4 stars because there is one woman in particular at the main office who has an attitude and is extremely rude. This was on two different occasions. She should not be in customer service if she can’t put a smile on her face and pretend that she enjoys people and her job. Had we not crossed paths with her, I would have definitely given 5 stars. The resort was beautiful and clean.

**2022 Update. Unfortunately, buy 2 nights, receive 1 free veterans special has ended. New vet rate is 20% off for veterans so make sure to let them know your vet status when you book*** Absolutely one of the best “true” rv resorts we have visited. A must if your are in the area. As much as I would love to give 5 stars, I cannot, as the very few limited negatives did impact our stay and enjoyment. There was one bathroom/shower room in the A section that was in disrepair. The shower light did not work, the sink was out of order, and the entire bathroom was not clean (probably because of the water issue. However, the other restroom/shower rooms were spotless and in perfect working order. Now about the laundry situation...four of the six washer dryer combos were out of order in the A section, and one dryer was not working in the F section (I believe it is the F section). Regardless, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and made reservations for a site this summer, and we also reserved a cottage at the same time for our adult children. Our site was perfectly level from port to starboard side, great power, water, etc. The staff was very hospitable, the rental golf carts are in great shape, and the grounds were kept and manicured.

Can't wait to go back!!! Went for my sons wedding. We had a great time even though it rained for days. This is a great vacation spot with endless amenities for the whole family. The cabins were clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Nice, helpful staff as well. Thanks for a great stay.
