This use to be a good place to live when it was owned by the previous owner but he retired now it is a crap hole and the houses are a joke they are put together by cutting so many corners iam surprised they don't fall down and reselling them or renting them is impossible because of the new owners STAY AWAY

Great place to stay for my 3 month travel nurse contract! The park owner Dixie is so sweet, and accommodating. The home we rented was perfect, super clean upon move in, and the neighbors were friendly. The park was quiet when I had to sleep after working night shift. It was pet friendly and our doggos loved going on walks around the area. It felt very safe and was just a short distance from the Water Canyon Recreation Area which allowed for plenty of adventures. Beautiful views of the mountains from our driveway!
