Best kept amenities quite great security I'm a retired locksmith the gates controls are well built no gate is coruptable proximity readers are new grade 1 pools has multiple safety features great place for a temporary home stay or just like the feal and charm trees are safely maintained mostly young middle age working class no graffiti no gang script. I give this park a #1 rating over all parks like it in the valley.

I had a terrible experience today. I was cussed at by the manager. I told her to please not talk to me that way. My friend was going to buy in here and now has changed her mind. I noticed the mail is withheld and that my electric was higher than when I had a house with property. I wish I had good things to say but after how I’ve been treated I would suggest finding a better place to give money to. The other staff is kind but the manger is losing her grace.

Since we’ve moved in October we have been Treated with the utmost kindness by the employees that work here. Specifically the younger gentleman I believe his name is Noah. He’s always been willing and able to lend a hand if he’s ever see us in need.

We have been here for 5 years. Reasonable prices for basically parking your RV on their lot. Reasonable price. Just maintain your area. Electricity is not free like other places but it is nicely maintained which is a 50/50. We like it and they understand that we have to basically fix our own stuff. This is not like renting a apartment. You have to fix and pay for your own expenses. Its costly but its worth the learning in my opinion. Thank you management for being awesome. Please dont change.

I wish I could write this resort a five start review but if I did, I’d be lying. The resort overall is a very beautiful place, every amenity you could ever want. As for some of the employees, I cannot say the same, unfortunately. Nicole has been very rude and disrespectful every encounter I have had with her. If you have any questions I highly recommend ask anyone BUT Nicole, she speaks to you as if you are a piece of dirt on her shoe and gives this resort a bad name. I’ve watched her multiple times be rude to customers and her coworkers. When I talk to her or have a question she makes me feel as if she doesn’t have time to address my concerns and has better things to be doing like worrying about her love life outside of work. If I were the owner of this establishment I would definitely be concerned with the way she treats paying customers.

Quiet 🤐 and secure. Looks more like a mobile home park and needs some attention but a great location. Manager was very helpful when I got locked out of my RV. Friendly workers and residents.

Lived here for 4 months while trying to buy a house. Office staff is excellent. The ladies in the office are very personable and kind. There are some very nice amenities on site like the fitness room and *ice maker*. Anyone who lives in an RV knows what a pain it is to make ice in your little fridge! Laundry room is huge, but machines are a little buggy (they are owned/maintained by an outside company). While I was here, they finished a very nice mail room. It is great to have a personal mailbox at an RV Park! Inside the park is pretty quite at night. Unfortunately there is a lot of sirens and people creating extra road noise outside the park. Would stay again!
