too stupid to do business with. parking lot way too small to pull into if you can not reverse, which is pretty common if you are towing something you want to store. not an issue if i get the storage space i want and am allowed to pull through to the parking lot, but if there's no deal then unless they let me through i am stuck. this basic concept was impossible to explain to the person i called even though i would think this would be a daily occurrence. idk how this level of incompetence is even possible without them going out of business but i'm definitely not trusting these people with my stuff

i saw the reviews and humm this place has had a lot of thief's out of here not only did my new trailer get stolen but the police told me there a lot of break in and stealing going on there THATS WHY YOU NEED INSURANCE ON YOUR PROPERTY THEY DO NOT COVER THAT OR OFFER ANYTHING BUT OOO I SORRY( Personal note the people working there are very nice)

I’ve been renting storage space here for several years with several storage units, recently my work trailer and rv trailer (and others) has been broken into 3 successful times with a loss of thousands and just this week another theft attempt was unsuccessful only because I’ve taken extreme measures to secure my property with welding. Nothing has been done to secure and protect our property by the owners, in fact when we’ve addressed these issues with management they say “we’re working on it”, there are No cameras in the back, fences that have been compromised for thieves to easily enter that are still NOT fixed, and to add insult to injury they sent out a letter raising our rent!!! Please reconsider renting from this place particularly the knob town location

RENTER BEWARE!!! No need to get a lock, it does no good. I lost everything I owned here after renting for a year and was informed that it was my own damned fault, I should have bought insurance.Suspect it was an inside job. Find a safer location.
