Do not rent a storage from this place. thay don't keep your stuff safe or do good business or keep it safe . 24 hrs on site security is a lie and camera's in the rite spots. My unite was broke into and my whole life's savings , all my band equipment, my girls jewelry, and my safes with our coin collection's gone. Our kids devices not to mention , that alow them to speek gone. Thay stole our handicapped kids medical devices. All gone . Our whole life up and gone . And thay won't pay us the insurance to recover our loss. And we payed for the insurance too.. We are devastated and now become homeless now too. This place is a joke and one bad one ! Every thing gone....

So I rented my storage back in May of 2022 and I got busy and forgot to make my payment before December so I'm now until January so January 2nd I received a notice to call and make payment arrangements January 3rd I received the notice stating that I had until January 25th to make a payment or my unit will be auctioned off the first week of February so payment was made in full today and it turns out that they have already cut the lock off of my unit put their own lock on my unit I had to replace the lock on my unit and my unit has been rambled through so now I have to take a day off of work to go over there and invoice all my personal items to see exactly what all was taking and I am going to sue the brakes off of them there is absolutely nothing in the contract that says anything about them having the authority to cut my lock off prior to the date that was provided in their document to me as the deadline date which is January 25th.

Horrible customer service! Took two days to speak to a manager at the actual store the call center could not answer any of my questions kept telling me they don’t know, then the manager keep giving me “maybe” and “I’ll try” like she didn’t know what was going on either. She stated she was trying to solve my issues but non of her suggestions had anything to do with my issue which lets me know she wasn’t even listening. All I needed was a bigger unit that simple and no one could help me correctly. Not only that when she finally figured out what I needed she then told me that the one month promotion couldn’t be switched to a bigger unit because I already used it but I had never moved anything in I literally made the reservation two days before and couldn’t even get into the place because the gate code they gave me was WRONG the whole thing felt like a scam

It all started on 3/1/22 when my card expired on 2/28/22. I won’t go into all the gritty details because it’s too much to write but the current staff needs a class in customer service. Seriously lacking in the skills required to work with customers. I was super happy with them when Felicia was the property manager but I have been severely disappointed since she left. I have called the office and customer service every few days or at least once a week for 7 weeks begging for the manager to call me and finally today 3/12/22 a person called but it wasn’t the manager and she was barely helpful. She called me a liar without saying it outright, plus she tells me I need to pay the bill “in cash” and I can’t do that because I live out of state. I was always on automatic payments until my card expired and my new one hadn’t arrived. Long story short…. I have 7 weeks of late fees and so on and I don’t think I should have to pay them because the bill could have been paid already if the manager would have just called me back. I was asking if they would give me a one time courtesy and remove the late fees because I’ve always been on time with my payments and no one could do it except the manager who has never called me back. Now I’ve put in a request to speak with the regional manager and I have no idea if he will call. So after all of this, the lady calls me back today and says she can take my card because I live out of state and I ask about taking the fees off and she says “no” so now I still need to talk to the manager so hopefully I will talk to her tomorrow. I sent a request to corporate for them to contact me and I’m looking into the Phoenix BBB to help me out. Wish me luck!

The customer service at this location is actually above and beyond what's expected. Their always friendly and ready to help when needed; therefore, they get all five stars! Great job guys keep up the team work!
