Beyond the gaming floor, the area offers outdoor recreation at the Little River Conservation Area, which is a popular spot for fishing and birdwatching. History enthusiasts can explore the local charm of Caruthersville, including the scenic Diane Sayre Recreation Park. The river levee itself serves as a perfect location for a morning stroll or watching the sunset over the water, offering a quiet contrast to the casino action.

We did not stay at the casino but we did have dinner and play little. We were asked if we were over 21, not asked for ID. The food and service at the grill was good. Friendly staff. There was a guy playing live music. Even a couple began to dance right there on the casino floor. Not too bad.

We stopped here traveling from Texas to Kentucky It was a great experience. The casino was clean and had many machine options. It was just the right size. The casino hotel rooms were very spacious, very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful view of river from room. Lily did a great job checking us in Wonderful overnight stay. Reasonably priced. Recommend eating somewhere outside of casino.

We stumbled upon this hotel on a business trip so glad we decided to book here. Great staff like Joanne and others at the hotel front desk went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Dining is a bit limited in the area, but overall it was a nice stay. Clean, large, comfy rooms and the staff make this a good place to stay. Will definitely book here again.

This was my very first time staying at the Century Casino Hotel, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of magnificent. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and instead of turning me away or making me wait uncomfortably, the staff welcomed me with warmth and genuine care. Tanya Torrentia, in particular, was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt accommodated from the very start. She assisted me by allowing me to store my luggage safely until my room was ready and personally showed me around the property, pointing out where everything was located. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness set the tone for the rest of my stay. Once I was able to check in, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and quality of my room. It was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a level of comfort that made me feel right at home. The amenities were well thought out, and everything was in perfect condition. Throughout my stay, every interaction I had with staff members reflected a high standard of customer service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in ensuring that guests have a wonderful experience. I sincerely thank the entire Century Casino Hotel team for their exceptional hospitality. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it shows in every detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. I look forward to returning in the future.

We went there for a quick weekend, and had a really good time. We did have one issue when checking in because there was a mix up on when we were going to arrive. Toree was great, and made sure everything was taken care of. She followed up with us making sure that we were not charged twice; concerning the mix up. We will be back soon; hopefully ! Thanks, Toree !!

I have been to quite a few casinos Harris walkers bluff oak grove Vegas cruise casino, but century Casio in Caruthersville Missouri is by far the WORST place I have been to. There machines do not hardly hit shit and me and my wife went through about 4 grand and we hit not a damn thing. Service to get a drink really sucked. I would never go there again in my life that’s for sure. Don’t ever go there. Locals even said it’s the worst place ever they just go there because it’s the closest place to go but don’t stay long at all. The customer service sucked really bad also they all just had a pissy attitude. If you go there shame on you because you will loose what ever you walked in with.

Past...New customer service protocol needed. A bill jammed in the machine I tried to play. Security called for service twice. Nothing. I finally called the casino while waiting at the machine. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come over. Update.. I'm updated the review to reflect my experience during recent trips. The customer service booth moved swiftly, and employees were helpful. Game machines worked without glitches. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Casino is nice but quite small. Gets crowded quickly on weekends. Hotel rooms are nice and comfortable, but they are very overpriced. The hotel has no amenities at all. There is no food except the bar and grill at the casino. The food available is along the lines of fast food. And that had limited hours. There is nothing else in the immediate area either.

I called @ 2:53 to see if RV park was open. I was told it was. When I got there I picked a lot but was met by Tina who told me that there was no entrance from the north side. She kindly gave us a ride to the south side. I am a 100% disabled vet with a brace on the right knee. At the hotel we were told that the RV park was NOT open. I explained that we had been told it was open. Long story short, I showed her our offer of free rooms at the Farmstead but we have a dog. She told us we must get out of the RV park and could park with the semi's. Tina's husband, facilities maintenance told us to wait while he checked things out. We proceeded to play slots which would not accept our valid players cards. After playing 4 different slots my wife went to the players card to get another card. She was told there wasn't anything wrong with her card. That lady then told us that we could Stat at the RV park and that it would be comped but we had to register. After walking along that long fence the registrar was OUT. WE WENT BACK DOWNSTAIRS AND HAD A BURGER. MY WIFE WAS TOLD BY THE Cafe attendant that the clerk was back at her desk. I must say that Tina and her husband have great customer service skills but the registrar has been a nemesis of our for 15 years, no customer service skills whatsoever! In conclusion, the casino has several broken machines, lots of wasted space, no entry from the north, no handicap accessible entrance bak there. If you're in the casino floor and handicapped it's a long way around the fence to the elevator and to the registrars desk and back. In addition the RV cable does not work! We stayed only 1 of our three planned nights. We had been going to LADY LUCK every spring and fall for 15 years. NO MORE. IT WAS ALSO VERY SMOKEY.

Love it cause it’s small. It feels comfortable. Things I don’t like the atms or voucher exchange machines are always down or out of money. No one explains why they don’t refill them no one gives any explanation. Table games are great & everyone from dealers to the people in charge are great. Some things just need to be ran better to have a good experience. Forgot to mention the bar. I notice a lot of the time the bartenders are just talking to dudes at the bar and fail to make rounds to ask if you want a drinks.
