Not a destination but ok place to sleep for the night. Friendly staff but roads and sites in desperate need of maintenance/repair. My biggest issue is the noise from other campers during "quite" hours. We had people partying until 1am right behind our camper. I went out and asked them to keep it down with no response. Called the night number. No response. Finally, around 1am called 911. I would expect to facility to be more responsive to after hours issues. I will never stay or recommend this place again.

This campground was perfect for our one night stop. The bathrooms were spotless and the front desk girls were charming! Crystal answered the phone when we called to see if they had vacancies. She is great!!!

Very nice Campground, sites are very adequate, ours is a pull thru, electric is good, water pressure great, staff is super friendly, laundromat has 10 washers and 10 dryers, bathrooms and showers are the cleanest we have seen, lots of TV channels off the air, super convenient off of I-77, great food at John's Place food truck, I ordered fried catfish, my husband had a Philly steak sandwich, both were great, and you must try the chocolate oreo pudding. We will be coming back again in our future travels.

Convenient location close to everything. Very helpful staff who assisted greatly in last minute accomodation change due to us wanting more space. Clean cabin, clean bathrooms, overall great stay. Quiet place

We stayed here one night on our way to and from Orlando. Very convenient off the highway and grocery store next door. Both times we arrived late and our info/map was ready for us. As other have mentioned the roads need some work, some sites looked very run down. Ours was nice with concrete pad and long enough with our toad but the picnic table was near it's end of life. The price was high for this no so "premium" site compared to other KOA's. No issues with power or water pressure. Kids loved the warm pool and park which were both in great condition. If leaving during the week cut through the grocery store parking lot to the lights. Traffic was too dense to safely pull out.

The employees were very friendly and nice. The grounds are immaculate as are the facilities. I would highly recommend this place to fellow campers.

15 years old RV or newer. My 2004 is better maintained and built way better then some units that are 2021 models! Just a bad policy all around. Why not ask for pictures and see for yourself...

First rate. Very quiet even though near a big city. Beautifully clean showers, a laundry room I didn't use but looked very well cared for. Nice, helpful staff. I'd gladly go back.

The Charlotte/Fort Mill KOA is an excellent city KOA with excellent, clean bathrooms/showers, a great laundry, nice cabins and a convenient location near I77. The Publix grocery is right next door and interesting John's Place restaurant also next door. This KOA made our visit with friends in Fort Mill a pleasant visit. Thank you!

Visit again: Definitely! Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): Adult, overnight and big rig friendly. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Site surface (condition/leveling/material): concrete level pad with gravel all around. Spacing between sites: very generous Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: excellent Noise level: quiet Staff: EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names. Office host was so cheerful which we needed after being on the road for 28 days. The host that took us to our site was beyond helpful He took extra time to ensure we'd be perfectly level to stay hooked up to the truck. He knew the sites like the back of his hand. Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Easy to navigate around. Reason for our visit: our last night stop before driving the final leg home after 28 days on the road. Quiet. Relaxing and easy. I wish I had taken photos but I was just too tired.
