This is the best place in Chicago for storage! This is a family owned place that truly understands customer service. They care about your experience, provide super clean & safe storage, and are always there when you have questions or need support. Umberto in particular is great to work with, he was right there to assist me with my unit when I had lost my keys. Very friendly, capable and professional. Store your stuff here!

Diane was amazing! Respectful and knew what she was doin and knows her job very well and the customer service was awesome. There is not a lot of people like Diane that take pride in thier work , Chicago Northside storage should be proud of her and I hope they recognize her that’s why I am makin it known. There should Be more people like Diane any ways moving is frustrating and finding a storage and figuring out what size etc could be frustrating but how she explained everything was very professional nd helped me understand nd it took all my frustration away. I recommened Northside storage. I bet there is other people there that will assist u just like Diane but Diane was great ! Also when I spoke over the phone with Diane about storages u could tell she was talkin with a smile ! Great person great people I highly recommend. !!! 10/10 customer service !!!

Diane is the sweetest and was able to help me figure out logistics while moving around the country when I opened my account here. Their website is easy to use and bill pay is a breeze. 10/10, highly recommend!

When searching for storage spaces, I was happy to find Chicago Northside Storage. They offered affordable rates compared to other storage units. Sometimes that means fewer frills, gruff service or dingy quarters. Not at C.N.S! Diane greeted me with a smile (or so it seemed under her mask) and a helpful attitude. She patiently showed me a number of available units so i could make a decision that was right for me. It seems like Diane really cares about the satisfaction of her tenants! We were able to use their truck to gather all of our items and load up our unit. We just had to fill up the gas which came to under $3. How convenient!! They also offer a free lock (with 2 keys), 5 free boxes and one roll of tape. The whole team at Mission 2 Organize is happy to have such a friendly storage space in a central location right off the interstate to hold all of our organizing supplies!
