This place is inexpensive. It has minimal amenities. It is clean and the people, mostly long term renters, are very friendly and helpful as are the staff. The slips are compact but we were able to park our 24 ft camper pulled by our pickup with no problem.

Called asked about place.. said I have two infants.. And the woman was rude after that saying why don't you go somewhere else. This is more of a adult thing.. just the way she acted and said it.. very disrespectful.. And we live around the areas. Crazy. Rather give my money to a welcoming person 😁

Property was one big mud hole last year doesn't drain properly. Some dogs are allowed to run off leash while others are told to leash theirs. Bugs will eat you alive. Owner allows relatives to drink, party, and walk around with loaded guns to hunt adjoining property without owners permission. None of these issues have been addressed.
