I am very impressed with this facility and satisfied as a customer. From being climate controlled to ensuring safety, Citadel went above and beyond with this location. If you are assigned a second floor unit, cart dollies are available and the freight elevators accommodate large pieces of furniture. If you need to spend a considerable amount of time on-site, drinking fountains and restrooms are inside. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and a bus stop is right across the street. You will not regret choosing Citadel Self Storage in Lexington.

The process of getting my storage unit was so easy and Zach was very helpful. Got to move my items in same day and he put me close to an elevator which is a huge plus. The units are clean and well lit. I feel safe taking my stuff there by myself and know my items are in a good place. I’m very happy I chose citadel for my first time getting a storage unit.
