Was helping my sister move her stuff out of the unit when I came across lots of rat droppings and Brown Recluse spiders that were very much alive! Be careful when storing your belongings here.

Reserved online and quoted in writing $99. After arriving on a Saturday and showing them my reservation quote, I was just nickeled and dimed for a higher rate. Seemed the reservation quote meant nothing. Dealt with a young lady who told me what documents I needed to rent a parking space for a small trailer and to return on Monday. On the second visit, Monday returned with the documents requested and dealt with a different rep. He didn't seemed to know what was going on. Incompetent staff from the manager on down. Ignorant of Tennessee laws when it comes to insurance and registration of small trailers. Was told I had to buy their insurance, but I declined. All ignorant of how to read a title/bill of sale which means ownership. Refused to rent to me because their interpretation was I did not own the trailer nor have insurance on a small trailer which is not required in Tennessee. Recommended me go somewhere else. Totally unprofessional people to deal with.

The absolute best storage facility I have ever had my stuff in! The climate controlled area is actually.....climate controlled! In yesterday and it was cold outside but comfortable inside because the heat was on. First time I can remember that anywhere I have had my stuff stored. There are carts also! Another problem at other facilities that I have encountered is finding them. There are always two here and they are easy to find. The rates are great and the facility is clean and Jae is an awesome manager! If you need a place to store some things I would take it here.

Both Ashley and Trineka were so very helpful and patient with me and my situation. They listened and gave me not only stellar Customer Service, but also a personal experience that you don't typically receive most places. The facility was clean and welcoming.
