What can I say. If you want AFFORDABLE CLEAN STORAGE EXTREMELY WELL MANAGED then this is a no brainer. By far this is the best storage experience I have ever had. Tim and Kevin act more like reliable good friends than employees. Really they made it easier than I ever thought it could be. Usually I dread anything storage related as a pain in the rear but I actually looked forward to interaction with this place and the staff. Tim and Kevin definitely know their business. They pointed things out to me that I would have never considered but that turned out to be time savers and game changers. They obviously let me benefit from their superior knowledge and experience. I guess every business has its secrets that only those with experience know about. I don’t see how u could possibly go wrong with City Storage especially with management by Storage Pro. Even if you think you are smart I learned it pays big time to run things by the pros before you execute. One other thing I mite note. Storage Pro keeps the facilities CLEAN. I mean it was unbelievably clean. That’s something that is not insignificant. Trust me. I’ve been dealing with storage for years and I’ve never seen a storage facility kept as consistently clean and well managed all for a price that beats all others that I could dig up. Amazing that they are able to do way more for so much less money.

I stored art work at City Storage for close to twenty years before I recently left to consolidate my storage in my studio. The staff was always helpful and considerate. The place always clean and well managed with ample elevators that made moving things in and out easy along with carts and dollies for moving large or awkward things. I'm happy to give them 5 stars.

Great experience - staff is nice, friendly, and helpful! We stored some things with them for about 1.5 or 2 years when we needed more space cleared out in our 1 bedroom until we had more space at our new home. Facility was clean, easy to use, conveniently located off 280 and when I searched, they were priced the best. Even when it was at it’s busiest, there were always carts available for us. When we moved, we bought boxes from them too. You can use your own lock or buy one from them in the office. Thanks to everyone there!

First things first, a tip -- only get yourself a storage unit if you know you'll be getting out of it in a reasonable timeframe. Time passes quickly, the expenses really add up and often outpace the price of your items inside! That said, if you do really need a storage unit, I'd definitely recommend City Storage! It's extremely clean, the staff is super friendly/ funny and helpful, the units are kept at a good temperature and miraculously no dust ever entered our unit in the ~2.5 years we kept our stuff there. They have plenty of moving supplies like various sized dollys and a recycling bin for boxes. I do wish they had a dumpster but realize that could get out of hand. I appreciated how well lit it was and well surveilled. I always felt safe here even when I was alone and I also never had an issue getting a parking spot which was huge in SF. Big thanks to the guys at the front desk who made us laugh every visit and to this company for keeping our stuff safe and secure for 2 years!
