Tony is the man. Happy retirement to him. Thank you to everyone here for keeping my car safe and happy for a lil bit 🙌 The woman who helped us once Tony retired is so sweet and helped me jump my car because it died lol. Car was taken care of and getting here was easy from SF when I needed to. Just a note that if you store a car or mutant vehicle it will be stored outside, so I recommend a cover and keeping jumper cables in it

Tony's great, I called at the moment a unit became available, last Oct, put cc on the spot and it was $70 less than Affordable Storage! I really lucked out with corner unit as sun directly hits it so No moisture...most important. I saw a neighbor unit in middle with water drops on ceiling...needless to say he was moving out. I highly recommend Damp Rid. I have largest size 1 in each corner. $10 ea at Lowe's. There's a portapotty on premise, clean...all good!

I'm going to give them five stars. I've been there a few years and never had a problem or even heard of one. The place is secure and security after dark is on his job. The place is friendly enough and power outlets nearby if I need some power. Open after hours. Those times your running late but need access to your storage. Drive up to your unit. I couldn't ask for anything better. Always full but call Tony anyways he always seems to have one more hidden away. But good luck understanding him..

I put a one bedroom apartment worth of stuff in one of their units for about 6 months while I left the city to travel. A tad unorganized (I’ll let that slide due to COVID) but very nice and helpful staff. Came and opened the place on a weekend for me and waited an extra hour when my movers took longer than I thought. That said, I’m writing this review to warn potential customers about the major issue we had. We are not from the Bay Area originally so maybe this was just pure ignorance, but we were not aware of how much the moisture would affect our things. I assumed that the unit would be essentially sealed off from the elements but I was wrong. Many of our boxes had collapsed, many items were covered in mold to the point that they needed to be discarded, and even the items that didn’t needed to be thoroughly washed to be rid of the damp smell. A couple stainless steel items rusted over as well. If you plan to store personal items here beware of this and make sure anything you put in the units is 100 percent sealed air tight. Our movers who moved the stuff out of the unit were not surprised that this was the case and said they’ve seen it before so I’m not sure why management would not warn their customers. Edit to respond to their reply: I was never advised of any of this. I was never even sent the contract until it was shoved in front of me on the day I moved in and my belongings were already being moved into the unit. The guy there was in a hurry so I signed without reading it very closely. Even if I had been informed at that time I would have had to repack EVERYTHING while at the unit. This could have been easily avoided had they mentioned any of this or sent me the contract ahead of time.

The office staff is so helpful! We moved out of San Francisco during the great COVID migration. We stored our stuff in a shipping container and left for months. We are so happy to come back and find our stuff safe and sound. We also had movers come and pick up our stuff, which the front desk came to rescue when we had the wrong key for one of our locks (we were neurotic with multiple locks). Really grateful we found City View Storage 🙏
