We absolutely LOVE this campground! It’s our second time here. The employees are wonderful. It’s right on the creek that winds through town with beautiful walking trails and it’s a short walk to many great restaurants and shops. Thank you for another incredible stay!

I am just here to say that the supervisor of this RV park is the best there is. There are not enough great things to say about Jason. He is friendly, accommodating, flexible, full of great suggestions, and treated us and our dogs with nothing but kindness. Even in an incident where our dog got loose by accident. He is just wonderful! The campground is clean and well maintained with great gravel sites next to the creek and great walking distance from downtown Golden. Thank you Jason for your warm hospitality.

This is a terrific RV park. Full hookups, level lots, and right along the creek. The town of Golden is an easy walk of a few blocks away. Holly took my reservation over the phone and happened to check me in. She was so helpful! First class service! She even came over to my site to help me back in. I couldn't ask for better service. The location to hiking trails is exceptional. I highly recommend this RV park

Very nice RV park centrally located to mountain activities and town amenities. It's small and the sites are tightly spaced - less than half will accommodate >35'. Some sites are across from the greenway trail which gets very crowded with tubers in the summer, but at night the park is quiet and it's clean and well run. The staff was friendly and helpful, even keeping track of a package I had to have delivered. We like to mix up our stays at various locations but would consider this as a repeat for another trip to the area.

We really enjoyed this RV park while visiting family nearby for a long weekend! Beautiful location, right by the river, with a terrific hike and plenty of recreation. Even though the park is small with neighbors close-by, folks were friendly and quiet, so it felt bigger and not a problem at all. Laundry room and bathrooms were clean and never crowded. Will definitely be staying here again! Thanks to Holly for making us feel welcome :)

I stayed at Clear Creek RV Park during the winter and cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is absolutely incredible—right on the banks of Clear Creek and just a short walk from the beautiful and charming downtown Golden. As stunning as the views and surroundings are, the staff is what truly made my stay unforgettable. Jason and Holly went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely friendly. Their hospitality turned a great trip into an amazing one. The entire park was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re considering a stay in Golden, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

I love this little place! We stayed at several RV parks in Colorado and this is by far the best that we’ve stayed. Nice trees , nice size spaces, and a beautiful creek with lots of walking paths. Yeah there a lot of people going down the path but that doesn’t bother me in fact I like it! The staff Jason and Holly are the best. So friendly and helpful I mean that means the most once you’ve stayed at several places that are not friendly.

This RV park is a great location. Well kept. Easy access to 70 for skiing or outdoor activities. Right on Clear Creek. We went to St Mary’s and Indian Hot Springs. Great walking/hiking trails that go for days. Walked into downtown Sunday with many food options.

You would think a campground owned by the City of Golden would want and welcome tourists who want to come for a couple of weeks to eat, drink and shop in Golden. But they told us all of their full hookup spots are saved for long term residents November and beyond. Unless we wanted a spot where we had to pack up and drive to dump every couple days during a 2 week stay, there were no openings, no matter how many weeks or months ahead of time you try to book for November.

We stayed here for two weeks in June and it was amazing. The grounds are really well maintained, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the proximity to downtown Golden can’t be beat. We walked along the creek every day as well as walking to local restaurants. We have three little kids, and really loved how close the Golden Museum, library, and park with a playground were. The whole staff clearly cares very much about the quality of the campground and their guests’ experiences. They always went above and beyond delivering our packages to our campground and humoring our kids’ many conversations. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique small campground experience.
