I always paid online. These people sold out, changed their name and deleted their website so I was unable to make a payment. Someone called me on 11-7 and I made a payment. Today 11-16 someone called me stating my account was pass due. Well, I can’t go back and find a receipt of payment because they deleted their website. Bad business and a family of poor management. The first thing I plan to do when I get home is to move my stuff. I don’t even care if it cost more. POOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT!!!

Great place to rent storage. Great rates, clean property, easy midtown access, and nice access availability. The property is very safe and secure. The lady who runs it is super sweet and very easy to work with. Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend!

Manger asked for 3 months rent up front. I paid. Strangely enough She began to try to sell Me furniture out of other units. I felt it was odd. I paid full agreed amount. As I was moving out She claimed I owed more money after I signed an agreement. Things began to come up missing from my unit. I had to pay an extra 200 dollars to get my laundry. Crooked place.
