I have never experienced such a great service very welcoming, she goes above and beyond for my self and other costumers I have seen how helpful she is . The manager, Chanelle has an excellent can-do attitude, was super helpful with our U-Haul trailer and even gave us a hand loading up. Well 3rd company to buy property. Each one raises rent or moves yr stuff without permission. Last time the bent up mud flap mount on trailer and was never told about it and spare tire was stolen from trailer. There is never anyone in office to talk to and when you call they dont know who you are or know yr account #. The person I talked to couldn't speak English and couldnt understand him. All they want you to do is sign new contracts.
