Well besides that most the staff is rude. They truly dont care about there customers. I heard security one night tell a customer, well idbwe dont get yours we take it from the next person. We dont need it. It may be true. This is one of the only places I've been where there willing to treat you that way. Thete comps are literally pathetic and its not like they don't have the money for it.

Love the bingo. Thought the seafood buffet at somewhere just south of $200 for 3 ppl was not worth it. Every once in awhile they get some interesting entertainment.

We stayed one night at this hotel. Check-in is at 4pm. They won’t let you do it any earlier. Their restaurant was closed so we grabbed a bite at their sports bar. The rooms are nice but beds were uncomfortable . Price was decent for a last minute reservation. Staff was knowledgeable. The casino has a lot of different games. Machines are tight.

I stayed here on a motorcycle road trip. I showed up early, before check in time. The young woman at the desk tried, but couldn't get me into my room early. She was kind and willing to let me secure my bags in their check in area so that I could go out exploring in the local area. The king room was clean and comfortable. I had dinner in their sports bar, nothing big, just a burger and fries but they were really good. The bartender / server was prompt and friendly. I would also highly recommend the cookies from the snack bar at the other end of the casino. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Well, the Creator blessed me, through the Clearwater River casino and through me my family. I walked in to the casino. Put a $20 bill in that $0.80 8 to 10 pushes in. I got free games and I hit the jackpot for $ 10,333.33. That took care of my mother's final expenses while she was with us and after. Forever grateful and what beautiful staff not just physically beautiful but their hearts. One of the staff members actually came outside and gave me a hug before I left. Wasn't that beautiful?. I will definitely come back.

I enjoyed using the conference room so much that I can back a year later. This time, the RV campsites have opened up. They did a GREAT job on setting up the camp. At first, I thought the utility layout was strange. I then realized that they made a super site (maybe accidentally). If two camper families or couples wanted the perfect sites, I would recommend sites 11 and 12. They have a huge patch of grass and a huge tree for shade. Site 11 is a pull-in site and 12 is a back-in site. You can have both camper doors and awnings facing your lawn and friends, and nobody has to see the utilities. Trust me, reserve sites 11 and 12, and invite your friends to swim, gamble, and camp with you.

Avoid this casino. There doesn’t appear to be any real actual gambling regulations being enforced. I find games randomly off line. I’m assuming it’s about to pay out so it’s on hold for a tribal member to come in for the win. The slots are so dang tight. If they post a promotion. It’s random if they are actually going to do it. I have been in there. And it was a day for a promotion and when I asked. They said. No they decided not going to happen that day. The his casino is not a fun place.

An employee said, "Good luck, but you're not going to win here." when I told him we just needed to win $300 to buy our new tv. Turns out we did win here. 300+ profit in about 20 minutes. Got our black friday tv. He was kinda strange, but we liked the place overall!

Management sucks, games are weak and they’re nicer to the crackheads than presentable people. Guest services are awesome, some staff are the coolest. But there’s a lot of basic hospitality training that needs to be addressed.

My first time to stay at this hotel. I paid the regular rate as it was not a casino comped room. It was clearly nicer than most of the other hotels in the area but, the decor was outdated. Very easy check in and staff I talked to were friendly. No pets if wondering. The casino is good but no table games.
