We stayed here for 3 nights, using out Thousand Trails membership as part of our shakedown cruise. Our first site (515) was open and spacious, but as we started to set up the water started bubbling out of the ground. We quickly got off the site and the office staff offered us 2 other sites. We selected 511, and set up with out issue. Yes, there are permanent here, some are well maintained and others could use some attention. But, we have seen this everywhere! The office staff and all the maintenance people were helpful and friendly. Yes, some sites are smaller, but it shows the age of the park. Pools and clubhouse were well maintained. I walked the MH and RV sides and all residents were friendly. We would stay again. Warning the 501-515 sites back up to the main road.

Great place to live. People are friendly, helpful. The office staff is nice. The amenities are great. They don't give you a hard time about pets or kids. The pool is clean. If a problem arises, the office handles it. Also, the location is in a great location, just a few minutes from downtown Brooksville.

This is not a hotel. This is a RV site. It is spacious, nice and clean. People are pleasant and friendly. There are two pools here. One inside and one outside. There is also a hot tub you can enjoy. Would recommend this place highly if you are looking for a place that has everything. The lot rent is pretty good for all it has to offer.

Not visitor friendly.. Beware if you have someone who comes over frequently, they will try to force them into signing a lease. Office withheld a package from me because it had my boyfriends name on it yet my lot # It was a $250 Christmas present. On top of that they falsely accused me of him being a felon and the rumors with the full time residents got so out of hand I had to leave. I was literally bullied out of the park by management. Don’t get to close to the annuals it’s full time drama.

Best Encore Park I've stayed at so far. Management enforces annuals to keep sites clean & clear. Nice looking & maintained sites. Medium width & level concrete sites. Definitely will return when in area.

Wonderful place for our membership stay. People are friendly and facilities are super clean and updated. Both pools were superb!

My wife and I stayed there from 2/22-3/8 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a nice site and was impressed by how much care the people that live there take of their sites. The amenities are good and the lady I spoke to several times in the office was very nice and helpful.

No one was available to take our calls even during office hours. When we arrive, our site was not available because the camper next to us took a portion of our site. The campers response was “ we told them not to put anyone behind us” We were left finding an open space. Unfortunately, the area around that space was filled with dog shit left by people who allowed their dogs to use the spot as a toilet.

Our first outing with our new travel trailer was just 20 minutes away, but it turned out to be quite an experience. When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in desk, so we approached a woman who turned out to be the VP of an organization. She kindly helped us find a site since the one they had reserved for us was already occupied. However, shortly after, the office called to inform us that we were placed in a permanent site that was already taken. It seems that Clover RV has a habit of double-booking, which is really frustrating. The advertised indoor pool and hot tub were a disappointment—dried up, cracked, and broken—yet you wouldn’t know it from their promotional materials on Thousand Trails. Full-time residents mentioned that the park is not well-maintained. On a positive note, the people we met were very friendly. However, things took a turn when the woman whose site we were occupying drove over in a golf cart and rudely demanded, “Get out. Now.” While we understood the situation, her approach could have been much more courteous. Overall, I would advise caution when making a reservation with them. If I could rate this experience, I would give them no stars.

Came in for 2 nights with our 44’ 5th wheel. We were a bit concerned that we were going to make it in the gate and through the roads and fit in our site, but we had no trouble at all!! The residents are beyond friendly, we felt so welcomed. Staff was fantastic. We are hoping to come back in the future.
